Thy är alltid bäst

Att gå ombord var kaos och en del förändringar med att gå ombord. Det som ni har kunnat att göra är att komma ut med tydliga information och tydliga instruktioner till resenärer så att de inte agerar på egna händer tex när de står i kön kunde de som var vid disken att tala om i högtalaren till resenärer att sätta sig ner och ropar endast på dem som har sittplatser längst in i flyget och var noga med att kontrollera sittplatser vid på stigning så att de underlättar senare steget när resenärerna är på flyget. Det finns en del som man kunde ha gjort men jag har tyvärr inte tid att skriva allt här. Lycka till

This was the worst meal I ever had on a flight. It was undercooked pasta with unflavored tomato paste. Horrible.

My experience was good but we left late from NY and missed our connection to Palermo and were rerouted through Zurich. We went from Zurich to Palermo on Swiss Air. The representatives at the gate harassed us and would not let us bring on our carry on bags stating the plane was fully packed which was not true. There were many empty seats and plenty of over head storage. I have never been treated in such a way.

If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

There was a delay - weather + French strike. Pilot was helpful/informative, flight crew was nice but simply talking loudly in galley and not communicating at all. No preflight water or drink even though delayed.

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Our flight was canceled and had to stand in line for 3 hours and 11 minutes to get on a flight to Florence Italy for the same day. They couldn’t get us to Genoa for 36 hours and had to go through Rome no direct flight. We will be contacting customer service for compensation for a hotel stay in Florence and train tickets to reach our destination Genoa Italy.

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

The flight is clean,comfortable seats,staff crews nice and the boarding staff in London Heathrow was good But in India you need to give some training to boarding staff they treat passengers like they working in the local buses in India they don’t know it’s a Finnair international flight no queuing common sense and they don’t know how to talk

Jag upplever att de gånger jag flugit Göteborg-Helsingfors, Helsingfors-Göteborg är det ofta förseningar. Har flugit ca 10 gånger feb-maj

Ända bättring skulle vara att kunna ge rätt gate på bordningen vid byte i Helsingfors ( var fel/ ändrat) både gånger 😉😊 (kanske inget med er att göra…) Annars jätte nöjd med alla fyra flyg med Finnair, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

My flight was cancalled how can I give recension ?

Vi gick och ankom innan tidtabell. Fick ett glas blåbärssoppa ombord. Trevlig bestättning.

En av de bästa långresorna jag gjort fantastisk personal åker oftast 2-3 långresor per år och finnair delar första platsen med Emirates. Bra med slopad starksprit inget stök.

Traveling these days can be a little strange and at times more difficult than normal due to this pandemic. Finnair did an amazing job and all areas of the trip! I would absolutely fly with finnair again and will recommend the airline to friends and family.

Plus: "Having requested assistance due to breaking my leg, the service at Heathrow, Charlotte and JFK with American Airlines was excellent."
Plus: "The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality."
Minus: "Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft."
Plus: "The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable."
Minus: "Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it."

Plus: "I liked that they said ...you need to wait for 5 hours for the decision to get you or not on the next flight...and how much it will cost you extra now after having a great night spent at the terminal."
Minus: "All that matters for Finnair is that the flight took off on time... If you make it or not....if you know where to go...why to worry! It is your problem now! We will charge you up to "current" price now!"
Minus: "Plane was late taking off and almost missed my next connection. Due to landing late my luggage did not make it on make it on my flight. However the airline delivered to my place the following morning. It was not an inconvenience to me as the baggage was delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you Finnair!"
Plus: "I like the crew, the new aircraft, the airport in Helsinki, the business lounge in the airport"
Minus: "There was nothing that I truly disliked. I thought the food was mediocre and the business seat rather lumpy"

Plus: "Was great on the way to Helsinki and extremely poor on the return trip."
Minus: "Seat pitch was horrible! Almost as bad as United and American. Very uncomfortable!"

Minus: "Ran out of food options from SFO to HEL. I was sitting towards the end of the plane ... and no more chicken so got stuck with the pork and mashed potatoes options. Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Minus: "The temperature during the flight made my experience very uncomfortable. It was way too cold. I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"
Plus: "The shorter flight to Zurich was on a smaller plane than the overseas one, but I'm not sure what model. It seemed about average for comfort; overhead bins held my backpack easily, while I find many older planes do not. Coffee or soda was free, everything else was for sale. Attendants on this flight were very busy and very friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. My check-through luggage arrived intact. Overall a good experience on a two-hour journey. Plane arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is always a plus."
Minus: "No real issues with this flight. it accomplished my objective - to get to Switzerland intact, with a minimum of fuss."
Plus: "The original flight was canceled, the stroller was taken away when boarded the airplane, and not seen until final destination. With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare."
Minus: "The flight was cancelled and changed to 2 stops from one. We purchased a 1 stop flight because of the kids. In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing."
Plus: "The stewardess was really sweet and funny! She was very accomodating even though there was high stress because the flight was late."

Minus: "They let us board before fixing an electrical problem causing major delay. They needed a new part and they thought they could jerryrig a repair!"

Minus: "Entertainment system did not work. Special meal was terrible. No toiletry bag for such a long flight. Btw I paid extra for a bad seat."
Plus: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Minus: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

For long flights, 2 full meals should be served.

The plane was delayed and the seats squeezed and tight. The airport didn’t provide with any good food options

The flight was wonderful. The crew was polite and professional. The aircraft was clean and new.

Check-in was TERRIBLE !!! The AF staff was mostly clueless and not helpful, and the procedures in place were outdated.

Wrong advice was given by AF counter for the boarding by asking me to exit airport and then enter again , otherwise was ok .

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."
