Minus: "Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there."

Plus: "Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"

Plus: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."

Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

They used the seatbelt light to keep people sat down during each trolley service - come on, it there’s turbulence, you don’t serve drinks. Oh and I don’t know why they are allowed to say “Low fares airline” as it clearly isn’t."

Minus: "The plane itself was clearly cheaper than the planes Transavia and Norwegian used. The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed."

Minus: "Unfortunately, I fell asleep the minute the flight took off and I woke up after the plane landed, so I didn’t get to experience anything in-flight. It will be nice if you get onboard WiFi in the future though"

Minus: "My travel agent could not check us in as she did not realize she need passport info, exp. date, and birth date and we couldn't reach her in time to get us checked in with the time difference. It cost us an extra 115 pounds to checkin at the airport. That is ridiculous!"

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."

Minus: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."

Staff then came from the back to the front of the queue telling people they had to put their carry-on luggage in the hold. When questioned why, the response was "you either do it or we won't let you fly. You don't like it? What do you want? It's Ryanair, deal with it." Very disappointing, flown many times with Ryanair but never been treated like that. Also disgusted with the new policy of having to pay to sit next to your partner of the same booking. Disgusting."
