Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Plus: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Minus: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

In fact the web site gave wrong information that there are no meals offered even for the selection of the transatlantic flights. Toll free number calls were put on hold over an hour without success. Eventually chat worked. In the flight segment within Europe they do not even offer water for free. Charging 3 Euros for a small can of water/soda is a rip off."

The attendants new that those were necessary why so many yet not one made sure we got them lousy service. I wish we got a crew that wasnt so insecure and cared more about providing a good service instead of caring so much over their appearance. I rather have good efficient staff what they look like doesnt matter to me."

Enrouting me through Delhi to Hyderabad instead of a direct flight I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."

Minus: "Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage."

Minus: "Planet var försenat på Malta och ingen information gick ut så vi stod i kö i en och en halv timme utan att få veta vad som var problemet. Avgåendetavlan visade hela tiden "on time" men ingen förklaring till varför vi inte fick gå ombord. Flygvärdinnorna på planet var trevliga men man hörde inte vad de sa i högtalarna för de pratade så sluddrigt och fort. Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."

Minus: "Crammed space - I had a middle seat. No entertainment sucks on a 4 1/2 hrs flight. Well well, you get what you pay for..."

Minus: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Minus: "Flight was delayed for 35 minutes after already boarding late. Had to sit in very uncomfortable seats while waiting. Bizarre that soft drinks aren’t included on the flight, but available for 2€. You get what you pay for."

Minus: "You have to pay twice the amount for bags at the airport but one is aware of it. Best to know how many bags you will check in and be prepared before hand."
Plus: "Planet var nästan 3h sent iväg från CRL TILL CPH. Ingen kom och erbjöd mat ett dryck och informerade heller inte oss om våra rättigheter som passagerare på plats."
Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"
Plus: "I couldn’t confirm my flight because I never received an appropriate code to verify my trip. The codes I entered were ineffective. I read I could confirm it upon arrival and after bringing my receipt to the customer service desk, they claimed my flight was not confirmed and I need to pay $40 in Euros. I feel deceived and lied to."
Minus: "I didn’t like concern for customer care and placing blame on travel agency instead of taking responsibility. I had a receipt and someone accepted my money. My contract for a flight was made the moment my money was received!"
Minus: "we had delayed for 2 hours"
Plus: "Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping."

Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Minus: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."

Minus: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."

Plus: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."

Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
Plus: "The fees as absurd. The staff in airport and on plane are rude. I should have spent $15 more to fly Alitalia and had a free check-in and a free bag. Ridiculous, had no idea they charge for everything... if u have a non-European Union passport to check-in, there's a different fee for that!!!"
Minus: "Late boarding, and unfriendly, almost nasty crew. Was a 6am departure and the whole plane of people wanted to sleep as you can imagine, and announcements were made almost the entire hour and fifteen minute flight! The fees for everything were ridiculous... surprised I didn't have to pay to breath! Never again onRyanAir for me! NEVER!"

Minus: "They make you measure your bag about three different times and charge a lot to check. They also do not post this anywhere but the airport. THEY WILL NOT TRANSFER YOUR BAGS FROM ONE FLIGHT TO THE NEXT. You have to go out, collect the bags at baggage claim and repay for your bag to check it onto your next flight. They call this "point to point" I call it an annoying scam for more $$. They also don't let you sit down in the waiting area without measuring your carry on bags. So my husband went out to get the checked luggage and then recheck it, I took his carry on luggage so it would be easier for him to go through security. Ryan air would not allow me to sit down until he came back."

Minus: "The boarding process is ridiculous. First they force you to check-in online. We had a very spotty internet connection on Santorini (on an island - shocker!) so it took me almost an hour to get the app to finally let me check-in. Then they forced us to print out our boarding passes (they wouldn't allow electronic boarding passes for non-eu members). Unfortunately our small villa didn't have a working printer. So...we were charged $18 per person just to print out the freaking boarding passes. Are you kidding me??? Absolutely asinine. Then we had to go through a ridiculous line to drop our bags, another ridiculous line to get our passports checked (and this was a domestic flight), then we had to sit on the floor because the waiting area ran out of seats, then forced to stand outside in the heat for another 10-15 minutes waiting on the bus. Uggh. One of the worst experiences I've had flying (and I've been to 46 countries)..."
Plus: "Counter agent was excellent, friendly and professional, she even helped us get our carry-on properly assigned to go on the plane when the Nazi-like fellow, Ali, at the terminal insisted that unless it fit in that grossly undersized test frame the airlines like to use, we would have to pay an additional 35€, to get it checked. Our lovely counter agent came to our aid and spoke sense to Ali with a verbal slap about the head-free entertainment-, helping to put some semblance of joy into the experience that is flying Ryanair. If I have a choice, Ryanair would never be it. Crew was lovely allowing my wife and I to sit together after not being able to do so online without more stupid fees."
Minus: "See diatribe above. If you can discern what to do better from above, excellent, if not, it matters not as I will make it my personal mission to inform all and sundry about the horrors of Ryanair travel. Your airline makes Sleazy Jet seem like top shelf."
Minus: "I did check in online but the web site did not send me the boarding pass to my email. I thought it is fine. But We I got airport the counter charge me more than $60/each for check in!!!. And they are very rude. Just say to us either do it or just leave. Very bad feeling"
