Storbritannien har återinfört en nationell lockdown/nedstängning. Från och med den 4 januari råder det nationell nedstängning i England. Att resa hemifrån, även internationellt, är förbjudet från England utom under begränsade omständigheter, t.ex. för arbete eller utbildning. Utländska boenden omfattas av reglerna att hålla sig hemma och bör ej resa utomlands om inte godkännande givits. Olika regler gäller i Skottland, Wales och Nordirland. Resenärer måste följa alla regler som gäller för dem. Från och med den 20 november begränsade Skottland gränsöverskridande resor inom Storbritannien till endast väsentliga resor - som inkluderar hälsoskäl, arbete och studier – för att få komma in i eller lämna Skottland. Människor som bor inom nivå 3 eller nivå 4 lockdown-områden i Skottland får inte heller lämna sitt område och förbjuds att resa utomlands, men detta gäller inte för boende i områden med nivå 0-2. Resenärer som har varit i eller transiterat genom Sydafrika under de senaste tio dagarna får inte resa in i Storbritannien med undantag av brittiska medborgare, medborgare på Irland, invånare i Storbritannien. Vissa områden i Storbritannien och Crown Dependencies kan ha specifika reseregler. På den relevanta sidan finns uppgifter om resor till Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Shetland, och Orkney.
Alla resenärer som reser in i Storbritannien måste vid ankomsten uppvisa ett ifyllt "hälsoformulär" vid inresa. Från och med den 18 januari måste alla resenärer till England, Skottland, Wales eller Nordirland, inklusive brittiska medborgare som återvänder hem, ett läkarintyg med ett negativt COVID-19- PCR-, antigen- eller LAMP-testresultat som tagits inom tre dagar före avresan. Resenärer från Common Travel Area (Storbritannien, Irland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Ascension, Falklandsöarna och St Helena) omfattas inte av bestämmelserna. Barn under 11 år behöver inte heller genomföra provtagning före avgång. Till och med den 21 januari kommer inte resenärer från Antigua och Barbuda, St Lucia eller Barbados att omfattas av bestämmelserna.
Den 18 januari kommer användandet av resekorridorerna att avbrytas, och av, alla resenärer som anländer till Storbritannien från något utländskt land, förutom Irland, Kanalöarna eller Isle of Man, att utsättas för 10-dagars självisolering. Från och med den 15 februari kommer brittiska medborgare, medborgare i Irland, invånare i Storbritannien som har varit i eller rest genom ett land som är rödlistat under de senaste 10 dagarna sitta i karantän på ett regeringsgodkänt hotell i 10 dagar. De kan inte använda Test to Release-systemet. Anmärkning: Den engelska, skotska, walesiska och nordirländska regeringen kan tillämpa karantänkraven på olika sätt. Alla resenärer på flyg till Storbritannien måste bära mask på flygplan och på kollektivtrafik vid ankomsten. Från och med den 8 mars måste passagerare som reser utomlands uppvisa ett nytt resedeklarationsformulär som visar att deras resa är tillåten enligt brittiska nationella regler för lock down. Formuläret måste laddas ner, undertecknas före resan och överföras eller laddas ner till en mobiltelefon. Passagerare som inte har ett giltigt formulär kan nekas ombordstigning.

Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Minus: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Minus: "They told us we didn’t have seats and that we’d have to go on standby. All staff were giggling and not very helpful. In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."
Minus: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Expedia 3 hours first to make sure the ticket was right cause I didn’t get email coformation and that the bag is included Then another 2 hours after I was charged the 40€ I hate kayak I hate expwrdia never again never ever again"
Minus: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"
Minus: "unorganised deaprture @ barcelona airport where everyone was allowed to board at the same time. Also our flight way delayed but Vueling did not text anyone on our flight to inform us."
Minus: "Sitting at the back of the plane meant that we were the last to be served any food and only had about 20 mins to eat anything that was left over prior to landing. They ran out of most hot food"

Minus: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."
Minus: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."
Minus: "Our hand luggage had to go into the hull so we had a long wait at the other end. Cabin crew explained 220 people and space for 180 bags, wouldn’t mind as much but I follow the rules and only bring one bag when people in front of me have 2 bags! Too ch down was very bumpy!"
Plus: "Flight attendants were very helpful, especially because we were traveling with a sick child. They let us disembark first when we landed in London to seek medical attention."
Minus: "We only flew with this carrier because British Airways partners with them. Wouldn't have flown them otherwise."
Plus: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"

Plus: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Minus: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."
Plus: "The crew at the airport were clued up and took action when they knew the flight was going to be delayed. They ensured everyone was checked in for the flight and boardring passes checked before gathering everyone in the correct groups so we could board quickly. Pilot got us there ahead of schedule!"

Minus: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

I never ended up getting her name, but the way she treated me and my fiancé - as two customers that were very much over paying - was inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again will I fly RyanAir."
Minus: "I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."
