The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Minus: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

Minus: "The flight was fully booked, and the system re-assigned seats for a number of passengers. This created confusion as passengers arrived to their assigned seats to find other passengers in the seats. There also appeared to be a miscommunication between the crew as some crew members said to passengers whose seats were taken they should sit anywhere, whereas other crew members tried to get everyone back in their assigned seats. This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

Minus: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

Minus: "Priority on-boarding was fine to start with, until the later passengers started bringing on too much hand luggage and long coats stuffed with clothes, and stuff. Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

Minus: "Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors)."

Minus: "Two days in a row the gate operations seemed disorganized. My flight from London to Dublin was over an hour late, and then my return flight from Dublin to London was also an hour late today."

Minus: "The customer service agent was horribly rude. When asked her name, because she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Oh, you'd like my name? I'll be sure to write it down for you." I never ended up getting her name, but the way she treated me and my fiancé - as two customers that were very much over paying - was inappropriate and unprofessional. Never again will I fly RyanAir."

The Priority boarding is very poorly organised . when we were finally let out onto the tarmac there was a mad scramble by the non priority customers to get to the plane although the one lady in charge did control things to a degree I might add that at Gatwick going to Belfast the Priority boarding was a joke. If you are going to make customers queue in the corridor please put a sign up outside to indicate the you dont't have to queue"

Minus: "We have never flown Ryan Air before and are not from Europe. We booked or flight one day prior to the flight and were shocked to show up at the airport and pay 90 euro to check in at the airport. This is simply a price gouge. I understand a small, nominal fee for this but not 90 euro! That is asinine. I will purposely avoid Ryan Air in the future as this leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

Minus: "I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."
