Minus: Satisfied

Plus: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Minus: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Plus: Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful.

Minus: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.

Plus: Great service, love being able to order food and drinks from the in seat computer.

Minus: Nothing really.

Plus: Non-stop price and service

Minus: Difficulty in request information on changing flight Went back in forth between Kayak and Norwegian til I give up.

Plus: Great you provide ways to keep busy on the plane for long flights!

Minus: Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips.

Plus: Lighting and atmosphere on the plane was nice, getting us ready for the time change.

Minus: Movie selection.

Plus: Very intuitive self drop-off service, helpful and friendly staff

Minus: The flight got 30 min delayed, online check-in opens 24h prior to departure

Plus: New plane

Minus: Nothing

Plus: The flight attendants were very rude. One didn't want to asssit my 8 year old when she couldn't open the door. They kept waking me up to put on my damn seat belt.

Minus: The flight attendant yelled at my 8 year old . They didn't want to help my daughter get out of the bathroom. They stood there rolling their eyes. Don't think I'll be back on that air line

Plus: Comfortable seats

Minus: They didn't load enough food for the flight so didn't receive a hot meal

Minus: Entertainment

Plus: The long distance jet was very nice and would likely be the only reason I would fly with Norwegian again.

Minus: Drinks like soda included in cost. Baggage sizes and weights that match other international carriers, consist enforcement of weight restrictions or requirements. More people, less kiosks. Don’t make you have to pay to choose a seat. Everyone we talked to was complaining about the nickel diming!

Plus: Nice staff, left on schedule, I did not get any food, it was not included, and there was no entertainments, like movies.

Minus: It is a little crowded, but ok for the price.

Plus: Stress free boarding and flight, it all went smoothly and the cabin crew were extremely helpful.

Plus: Crew were amazing arrived early

Plus: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Minus: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Plus: Very kind and helpful crew

Minus: Boarding process with a wheel chair passenger should be better organized

Plus: Standard seat. Crew engaging and entertaining without compromising safety or comfort

Plus: More legroom than expected. Seats are thin though but comfortable enough for a 2 hour flight. WiFi has movies although the selection was pretty slim and they cost 5 euros! Also, the app seemed to have an issue that the titles of the movies didn’t appear anywhere so you had to guess what the movies were based on one screenshot.

Minus: They claimed they had WiFi but I would hardly call it that. It was very slow and kept disconnecting. Also, had to pay for movies and even regular drinks like orange juice. I know it’s budget airline but still bothers me especially since they charge 2-3 times regular price for the food.

Plus: New plane

Minus: Nothing

Minus: Baggage took almost 90 minutes to come off plane.

Plus: No fuss, polite, slightly more leg room than Ryanair, plane seemed less noisy.

Minus: Could do with slightly more legroom.

Plus: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline

Minus: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Plus: Flight home had an open middle seat

Minus: Flight over was too crowded

Plus: Almost as bad as easyjet

Minus: Non standard smaller capacity carry-on. Meal and snack charges even cross Atlantic. Not worth the cost with Overcharges

Plus: Efficient boarding and disembarking.

Minus: Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*

Plus: My checked in bag did not arrive to HEL... Nedless to say I did check the bag tag was properly labeled RIX to HEL... oh well ... bad score for Baltic Air ... truly hope to see my bag in CGK when I arrived. Qatar airways pls come to the rescue.

Plus: Short flight

Minus: They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

Plus: The airplane was brand new. The crew was very friendly

Minus: Did not have vegetarian options. Smaller selection of movies.

Plus: Crew was ok. Seat was fairly comfortable.

Minus: There was no in flight service and nothing was offered. Smaller plane but our flight from London to Bergen was in a smaller plane and we were offered something to drink.

Plus: Dont fly with them. They always screw you over

Plus: Newburgh airport is nice and small so were no long security lines. Norwegian air was perfect. No issues with anything.

Minus: Didn't have wifi on the plane. But it's not a deal breaker.

Minus: Not mentioned that in Munich I had to change terminal and pass again on security check. If I would have bought some bottles in Vilnius or Riga duty free, I would have had problems

Plus: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.

Minus: the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost

Minus: Eemployees were extremely rude, the experience will make me reconsider using the airline as well as going to this particular airport in Spain. I was upset and disgusted with the service.

Minus: Customer service, communication between check in and boarding agents, clear rules. On time departure as opposed to 60 minute delay on the runway

Plus: I liked that we were not late and that the late coming priority guests were told to pay attention next time. Take off and landing were both nice.

Minus: Boarding was a little slow and we were somewhat late.

Plus: Kind stevards clean plane no delay

Minus: More comfortable seats but this is low cost company :)

Minus: Return flight check in did not allocate 2 seats together although later passengers were together.

Plus: Flight was quick and smooth and ontime. Friendly staff. Awesome that you get free wifi.

Plus: No one bothered me.

Minus: That you have to pay extra for entertainment and food.

Minus: We were unable to have choose seat option at booking and also check in and they split us up and weren’t able to put us together at the gate. A bit light on the perks for “premium”.

Minus: Long delay on first flight leg Staff provided little help with transfers, made us run through airport but then decided to close the next flight anyway without the transfer passengers Next flight offered was 9 hours later, only offer was a 10EUR meal voucher - ridiculous

Plus: It was a fairly ordinary flight

Minus: Our luggage never arrived at our destination, perhaps something to do with a connecting flight although there were 2 hrs 15 mins between connections. After informing Male Airport, a message was sent to Condor. No news all day. Next day lodged complaint replied they're investigating. Holiday ruined

Minus: Om flyget var i tid!

Minus: At least a complimentary glass of water or juice in Economy.
