Minus: Pointless paying for priority boarding as staff just let both lanes board at the same time

Plus: Crew. 1 small and 1 cabin bag for free. Much better then Wizz air.

Minus: I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode.

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plus: I liked that the flight was short.

Minus: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Plus: I liked that we were not late and that the late coming priority guests were told to pay attention next time. Take off and landing were both nice.

Minus: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plus: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Minus: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Plus: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Minus: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Plus: Crew was very friendly and helpful. Entertainment had plenty of choices.

Minus: The seats were very hard. It was very uncomfortable sitting that long I’m those seats

Plus: The flights and food were good. no problems there.

Minus: There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago.

Minus: Seat was terribl, space tiny, no legroom no air movement, hot the entire trip,

Plus: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Minus: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Minus: It was late

Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Plus: Departed and arrived on time

Minus: Stop the sardine can treatment of passangers

Plus: I like the extremely low price of the ticket.

Minus: The seats need to be more comfortable.

Plus: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Minus: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Plus: the leg room was fine

Minus: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Plus: It was good traveling with American Airlines. Good service from Chicago to London.

Minus: I did not like the service between British airways from London to Gothenburg, they charge you even for water. They did not offer free drinks like soda or water, they charged. Even though the flight was international.

Minus: Sorry the attitude to help people after a cancelled flight is sucks,

Plus: The steward was nice.

Minus: Seats are terrible. Crew didn't ask if I wanted to drink anything with the meal. Seemed like a budget flight.

Minus: Seats are cramped. Also I was sitting on the aisle seat and the food trolley hit my elbow so there isnt much space for it to go down the aisle

Plus: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Plus: Very old aircraft. Looked extremely run down and many things were broken.

Plus: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Minus: Everything was OK

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Plus: Planes were on time and connections made.

Minus: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Plus: Very nice and comfortable place by Air Baltic. Nice and polite crew.

Plus: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Minus: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Plus: Did not like anything about this flight to be fair. I thought the price was great until i realized that i came without a checked bag, a seat selection, a meal or even a polite check in process. FLew on some no name generic airline ont he way over, couldnt get a glass of water! WORST EXPERIENCE!

Minus: The JFK Norwegian staff at the check in desk were probably the most rude and unprofessional staff i have ever met. The line was around the corner, it took forever to get service and the check in personnel were rude, arorgant and just miserable.. Worst flying eperience EVER1

Plus: The plane itself was beautiful and the seatback entertainment was serviceable.

Minus: Boarding was an hour late for no discernible reason, food for a nine hour flight was for pay only at about eight dollars a sandwich, crew was rude, and seats were very uncomfortable and close. I would never fly this airline again and will tell my friends to avoid it.

Minus: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Plus: Crew was amazing. I will never fly to Europe with anyone else. No joke. Best flying expierence ever.
