Resenärer som inte kan uppvisa ett negativt PCR-provresultat måste ta ett PCR-test som görs omedelbart vid ankomsten till Kroatien och därefter sätta sig själva i självisolering tills de får ett negativt testresultat. Resenärer som inte uppvisar ett PCR-test vid ankomsten och som vägrar att ta ett test på plats kommer att hållas isolerade eller i karantän i 14 dagar. Resenärer kan beordras att isolera sig eller tillbringa 14 dagar i officiell statliga karantän om det anses nödvändigt för att förhindra spridning av COVID-19. Placering i karantän sker på resenärens bekostnad. Resenärer som inte får order om självisolering får en pamflett med rekommendationer och instruktioner från Kroatiens folkhälsomyndighet efter 14 dagar. Resenärer som anländer från Sydafrika eller Storbritannien måste genomgå en 14-dagars självisolering. De har möjlighet att ta ett COVID-19-test (på egen bekostnad) efter dag 7 för att förkorta självisoleringsperioden om de får ett negativt resultat.

Minus: "I din't like the fact that Lufhtansa company uses double standards for the countries where they have their flights. From USA, San Jose, Ca, to Frankfurt, Germany everything was good (flight on 08/31/2018 - 09/01/2018). They have been very profesional, beganing wih the boarding time untill the arrival in Frankfurt. The flight to Romania was a different story. They haven't been very professional at all. The flight had a delay and nobody said a word. It was just a clerck there who didn't tell to the Lufthansa passengers for a while anything about our delay. So, finally, he said after 15-20 minutes that our fligt will be later, 20 minutes, than the scheduled time on our tickets. They seemed do not care too much about the Romanian passengers."
Minus: "Requested assistance in Budapest for my 84 yr old mother that walks with a cane for the Frankfurt airport and Baltimore. No one showed up. Lots of walking at Frankfurt and having to board out on runway up all the steps was not easy."

There were approx 40 people trying to get some information from 4 ladies, one of whom was new. They were unable to deal with many reports at a time. How about take a number and we'll call you up in turn? Instead it was like a push and shove pressure cooker just to find out the status of said missing bag and make a report. I was dealt with last. At this time, I was exhausted and angry. The ladies were very good and very kind. They informed my ride of the delay, and told me that the lost bag would come on the next flight. They took me out of the area to get a drink and a bite to eat. We waited. It came. We drove to my destination a few hours away. Never have I had to deal with such a time consuming shambles to find out the bare minimum of information. I finished the trip and will never fly with Lufthansa again."
Minus: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Business class bathrooms had nothing to offer in the areas of hand/face creams. All there was were hand wipes and air freshener. (OMG! SERIOUSLY!?); a big difference from their partners (i.e. Swiss and Lufthansa). Crew was not present -- not only were they very unfriendly they were no where to be found. TV/video didn't work properly -- kept fast forwarding or changing channels on its own. The crew of course, was not concerned."

När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

Minus: "Seats in economy class are way too crowded, plane was too warm and air was stale (and had an odd odor). Choices of dinner selections ran out quickly, and serving any type of curry (the only option left) on an 8 hour flight is a very questionable choice.... Staff gave some people the full can of drinks, while others only a half glass. Also, even though there was not much turbulence throughout the flight, the plane was still VERY shaky for the majority of the time in the air. Not very comforting for those who are not frequent flyers. In the future, I plan to stick with British Airlines."

Minus: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Now hungrey and tierd.I.will not be flying klm ever again !!"

Minus: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split."
