Screeming misbehaved children running and screaming the entire flight, inconsiderate passengers, all ignored by the crew, late departures late arrivals, missed flights due to unreasonably close scheduling of time between flights, uninspiring food, crowded spaces.

There was no internet in the airport and/or entertainment options on the flight.

Minus: "The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order."

Minus: "While I was on line to board, a flight assistant came to me and asked me if I was flying by myself. When I said yes. they upgraded me to business class. I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

Then we had to wait in another Passport Control. TERRIBLE and stressful. The actual flight was fine."

Plus: "I had a super-short connection from Stockholm at Zurich (going to JFK), and I just assumed I'd have to be rebooted, but they held the plane for all of us! Entertainment was excellent, service was great - I really like the food, although I don't eat well on flights. Comfortable - I slept for a few hours. Really great experience (until I hit customs in JFK, but SwissAir has no influence on that :) )"
Plus: "We had two flights with Swiss and the first one left half an hour late, meaning we only had about 10 minutes to connect to the next one. Instead of sprinting through the airport, a man was waiting for us immediately outside the plane. He got our luggage right from the cargo, drove us to another man who stamped our passports, and then drove us to the plan just in time for takeoff. It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

Minus: "I am not unusually large but it is clear that the seats on your planes are completely inadequate for anyone other than a child. There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Minus: "It was only an hour long flight, and I slept most of the way. From what I could tell, the staff seemed friendly. Only complaint would be that on the way to the plane (we had to take a bus) we were packed in like sardines and it was very hot. Once we got to the plane, we were left standing in the bus for a couple minutes. Because of the heat, I thought I was going to pass out."

Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

My mother asked for a cup of water and a flight attendant told her she forgot to say please. Extremely unprofessional. The crew was not patient or responsive. Not happy with their service.
My dream is to have little bit more comfortable seating. Seats are too hard. My travel involved three flights so I could definitely feel it. Food on the plane is a another one. On the flight from Toronto to Vienna the potato salad could be completely skipped (not so good). Instead I would add some fruit or other salad. Brownie in a plastic wrapping was not so easy to open.,There were lots of seniors and I noticed that they struggle little bit. Otherwise crew was friendly. Thanks so much for all the hard work!

When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience."

Minus: "My first flight with Austrain Airlines was 2 hours late in leaving, partly because they mixed our baggage up and had to have each of us leave the airplane to identify our baggage before getting back on again. Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Minus: "Inexplicably, our preassigned seats were changed at checkin and we were put in bulkhead. This particular Boeing aircraft is pretty poorly designed. Especially the bulkhead in premium economy."
Minus: "Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight."

Minus: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Plus: "my wife was flying this plane from Zagreb to Split. my wife is late for the last ferry 20.30 from Split to Hvar due to the plane delay and so unplanned should stay at the hotel in split till tomorrow morning. And they'll be 3 hours late for work in the morning."

Minus: "I was unable to select the 'fare' with a checked bag, so was planning to pay at the counter. I think the site for the airline is buggy, as it was also an ordeal by trial-and-error to try to check in online. I also could not elect to check a bag during the on line check in process, which I know is sometimes an option. When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split."
Minus: "making a stop in Dubrovnik and leaving the plane just so they can refuel it a nightmare. Layover in Zagreb on the way to Athens was really long On the way back from ATH to SPU, a depay of 2,5 hours happened..."

They really need to allow more time between connecting flights for this and for getting thru passport check"

Then stood in line while one person, who was very slow, was responsible for helping 10 people. The process was very slow. If you paid cash the cost was 40 per bag plus 8 for use of a credit card. Don't understand why the baggage fee can't be paid at the check-in counter. Will not fly CRO again."

When getting ready to board was yelled at by agent because of the size of our suitcase. Was told to stand with the other Americans. Flights are always late. They never land or take off as scheduled."

Minus: "The airlines made me check my carry-on bag (even tho it fit the size requirements). Also the check-in process was chaotic. The airport did not open until an hour before the flight. There was no queue or organized check-in process.....it was a total free-for-all."
Minus: "Needed wheelchair assist. Once we were dropped off at the gate to wait for the slight to Split, the person at the gate said that there was no other person who could come, was forced to walk the rest of the way. This was different from all other times we've needed a wheelchair assist where a person came when it was time to go from the boarding area to the vehicle."
Minus: "The food vouchers were a nice gesture but how about a travel voucher?"
