Nederländerna har begränsat inresa för resenärer som anländer med flyg utanför EU och som inte är medborgare, innehavare av uppehållstillstånd eller innehavare av viseringar för längre vistelse i EES-medlemsländerna, Schweiz eller deras familjer. Det finns undantag för vissa särskilda fall, t.ex. resande som går på begravningar eller studerar vid en institution i Nederländerna. En fullständig förteckning över undantag finns här. Den 16 juli tillkännagav den nederländska regeringen ett ytterligare undantag för utlänningar som har långdistansförhållanden med nederländska medborgare/bosatta i Nederländerna. Icke-EU-medborgare som för närvarande inte är bosatta i eller fysiskt vistas i EU är fortfarande föremål för reserestriktioner och får inte resa till Nederländerna för turism.
Från och med den 15 december måste resenärer som kommer från ett land som inte finns med på EU:s förteckning över säkra ursprungsländer och som är undantagna från EU:s reseförbud för Nederländerna uppvisa följande dokument: Ett officiellt negativt COVID-19 PCR-testresultat utfärdat inom 72 timmar och ett snabbtest högst 4 timmar före ankomst och en ifylld och undertecknad negativ testdeklaration. Barn under 13 år är undantagna från kravet att presentera ett COVID-19-testresultat. Utöver de befintliga kraven för resenärer måste resenärer från Irland, Storbritannien eller Sydafrika även visa ett negativt resultat från ett snabbtest (antigen- eller LAMP-test) eller PCR-test. Testet måste ha genomförts högst fyra timmar innan du går ombord på flyget. Resenärer måste ha tryckta versioner av både det negativa testresultatet och deklarationen. Det är inte godtagbart att visa en digital version på en telefon eller surfplatta. Testkraven ersätter inte kravet på självisolering under tio dagar efter ankomst. Barn under 13 år är undantagna från att presentera ett COVID-19 testresultat.

At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Plus: "I thought the food was excellent. Better food in coach than I get on first class domestic flights. Also, the in-flight entertainment was very good. I watched a couple of science shows and extreme sports shows that I truly enjoyed."
Minus: "There wasn't much I did not enjoy that could be changed. I chose to go coach and had to put up with seating that was more cramped than I like, but I expected that."
Plus: "Nothing! I ended up losing my plane ticket because of Austrian Airlines lack of empathy with me."
Minus: "First I lost my United Airlines flight because of security reasons. I checked in Guatemala but I was delayed at the Airport's security too long, it was beyond my control. Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. Minus: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Minus: "Vi sitter i planer och ser våra väskor på en vagn, redo att lastas. Helt plötsligt så kör de iväg vagnen, vi ser att de kör mot terminalen. När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

Plus: "The boarding and exiting of the aircraft was smooth and organized. I really do prefer that passengers be strictly monitored when boarding the plane according to their seats. It really does make sense to board the plane from the rear forward. I realize airlines feel like they have to make their business class passengers feel special, but it really doesn't make sense for passengers to be climbing over one another."
Minus: "I left my entertainment at home in a mad rush to depart which is very unusual for me. As a result, I had to rely on Austrian Airlines' copyright licenses, and they were less than satisfactory. Fortunately, I'm flying back with Lufthansa, so I hope there will be more variety there. The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."

Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights."

We get to the airport at least three hours early because of stuff like this, but the incredibly slow line and unorganized way of handling it ate any of the time I'd looked so forward spending at Heathrow (I love hitting Boots etc)."
