Minus: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Plus: The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks.

Minus: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.

Minus: This flight was smooth and the staff was friendly.

Minus: Multiple delays. Need to offer back up flights and hold connections for delayed flights.

Plus: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Minus: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Plus: Customer care was super supportive

Plus: KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

Plus: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Minus: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Minus: No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies

Minus: Again it was not made clear about self transfer. While booking it should be clearly stated if a flight is or is not self transfer

Plus: The price

Minus: Assistants were rude and the flight was delayed and they didn’t provide a solution to my lost connection.

Plus: Crew was very friendly!

Minus: The plane smelled terrible - almost like one of the toilets had backed up.

Minus: I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because none of the 12passport gates worked. Two border agents tried to handle the crowd, but I arrived at the gate 1 minute after flight close. Neither the agents at the gate nor at the transfer desk were willing to help me get to Manchester. Never fly EW again.

Plus: The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)

Minus: Can't comment on food as it isn't provided with the basic fare.

Plus: Nothing special, neither good nor bad.

Minus: Despite not being cheap food/water only available for purchase.

Plus: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Minus: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Plus: Flight arrived on time

Minus: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Plus: Staff were professional and polite.

Minus: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Plus: Amazing services .. on time just exactly .. I feel really happy onboard KLM ❤️

Plus: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Minus: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Plus: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Minus: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Minus: The jack for the TV was broken! For seat 4H during my flight from Helsinki to Tokyo. I paid a business class ticket but had No audio for the television! This should be fixed immediately and I think I should receive something for the inconvenience and in return for the high price ticket I purchased!

Minus: Entertainment system very slow and did reset itself several times.

Plus: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Minus: Only the other trip by air with Finair

Plus: The crew was nice

Minus: We were boarding later than expected Which caused some stress with connection flight

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Minus: Boarding process could have been smoother

Minus: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Plus: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Minus: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Plus: Great service. Very comfortable seat

Plus: The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process.

Plus: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Minus: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Plus: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!

Minus: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Plus: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.
