It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra."

Minus: "The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."

I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

Some people even had to missed there flights altogether! Lufthansa, from the 4 times I have flown with them always seems to be late with no sense of urgency. Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."
Minus: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."

Ударим углеводами по обездвиженной тушке. Мультимедиа система есть, фильмов нет (!). Всё сами, всё с собой. Мне не жалко денег. Мне кажется правильно объявлять правила игры. У «Победы» все честно. А тут - ощущение обнищавшей компании. В общем, я теперь ими полечу только по крайней нужде. А вы - если что планируйте все с собой брать."

Minus: "Aeroflot uses the Korean airline lounge at JFK. The choice of food and facilities is limited. The boarding was difficult. And the food was not to the best level. Dinner was fine, both the morning breakfast was just strange. I saw many people sending back the breakfast."

Minus: "The parents request for me to move my seat to the upright position despite the family having the entire row of seats available for them to rearrange their positions within. The crew initially asked me to upright my seat, but upon realizing I was out of space they asked the family to respect my allotted space as well. There was no in-flight entertainment - boo! The food... Interesting at best. And my assigned crew for food service purposefully did not offer refills on my water and it was impossible to get his attention!"

Fortunately, some female flight attendant who did the boarding had some common sense and helped ease the situation. Sack that male manager who was so unpleasant and incompetent."

Why would I need wifi if I already had that? A poor display for a world airport. I will consider a different airline just to avoid this airport in the future."

(1) Navigation not intuitive - couldn't tell when to use on-screen buttons vs physical buttons (2) Unresponsive navigation would have to press buttons multiple times (3) When rewinding, I could not stop it to get it to Play, resulting in a lot of wasted time trying to get back to where I was (4) No option of selecting subtitles. I'm a native English speaker but due to white noise of plane, would really help to have English subtitles. This was the main reason I needed to rewind so much - because I couldn't make out the dialog. These problems, plus poor food, would make me think twice about using Aeroflot again."

The behavior of the staff was also ugly, disrespectful, meant to put you under pressure to pay instead of trying to help and understand."

The seating was very crowded/tight. And the seats recline too much. The person in front of me took full advantage and I barely had any space left after they reclined. There were movies playing on the screen but the subtitles were in Chinese, when majority of the passengers were American or Eastern European."

I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!"

My meal included a fruit dish, slice of tomato, 2 slices of deli beef roast, bun, butter, jam, and coffee pudding dessert and 10 minutes into meal received hot cheese sweet cake with syrup. The combination of food was not appealing."

Second, zero customer service for our options as passengers to reschedule, re-route, or be reimbursed for our 7 hour delay (delays over 5 hours allow for full refunds according to UIA's own Air Passenger Rights on their website). Third a promised lunch during the delay was itself also delayed, this time by an hour an a half. Fourth, the flight experience itself. A 10.5 hour flight with no in seat monitors, no complementary beverages (only water), no pillow, horrible food, broken seats, no usb ports for charging devices, and freezing cabin conditions. I would hands down never fly with UIA again in my life."
