It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

You basically have to step out of the airport to go on the runway, to reach a secondary building right next to the plan. The issue is that its freezing outside and in this building. And since it's a boarding gate you easily have to wait 20-30 minutes standing up in the cold. Even worse, some people couldn't fit in the building since the line was too long, so they had to wait outside by -1°C."

So it turns out these "cheap flights" always have a catch to them. Be aware for these little tricks."

Respektera kundens tid och pengar . Vi förlylade pangar för buss som vi hade bokat för att allt är försenad och ni bry sig inte att kunderna behöver kanske åka vidare nästan 150km med barn hem från flygplatsen.

Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair

Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga

They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

As for flight and crew and everything else it was ok and nothing special. We felt rushed and were told get a move on quickly."

Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Minus: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."

Minus: "Stolarna funkade i två av tre timmar."
Plus: "The price."
Minus: "Thę policy to make sure you do not sit with your family and have to buy seats to make sure you are all sitting together. The salaries of the staff are the worst in the industry."
Plus: "The pilot was friendly."
Minus: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."

Plus: "Made me pay 50 euros for a small trolley that was a bit above the requested dimensions though it fits well to the over head bins. Apart from this - nice crew and a pleasent flight"
Minus: "Too tough with measuring the trolkey bag. On the eay from my homeland ww had no challenge with the same bag"

Minus: "Seats don't recline and a bit cramped."

Minus: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"
Minus: "there is no line up or organization to people getting on and off, everyone rushes to be first."
Plus: "App not working for days. Not able to access boarding pass. Gate charged 55 euro just to print a bourding pass."

Minus: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"

Minus: "The seats were crammed The seats don't recline You are charged for everything, including water Boarding wasn't super smooth, the plane was late"
Plus: "There is a large lounge at the gate at Gatwick that the passengers could have been checked into prior to boarding commencing, but this was not used. Instead, A large queue was in place for over 40 minutes and once boarding commenced, as many were checking cabin bags into the hold, boarding took about 30 minutes, delaying the flight by 30 minutes"
Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
