Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Minus: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."

Minus: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

When we got to our hotel, we had to pay $20 for the transfer to hotel even though he left. Now we have no toothbrush or any change of clothes & hopefully we will get our luggage tomorrow after 2pm"

I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Det fanns Ingen veg mat eller våtservetter.. men fick sitta exit row och dricka vin så helt ok ändå men var rätt hungrig.

The entertainment system kept crashing and forgetting what shows everyone on board we’re watching. There were no air vents to control. The games crashed constantly. The usb hubs didn’t work."

My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

We had already left the gate and the plane was taxiing and some people were still not sitting in seats - I suppose that's fellow passengers for you - and they were told by flight attendants to get into their seats. Economy seats are very cramped so it's an uncomfortable and probably not healthy experience for that long. The flight delay meant that there was high stress in Warsaw to make the connecting flight. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Plus: "The flight was good. Budapest is an easy enough airport to deal with though why LOT only has one desk available at check in for economy passengers is questionable. The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

Minus: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."
Minus: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Minus: "My backpack went missing and I have not received any word as to where it is. I am very upset about this, and I will be calling the airline as soon as I return to the United States. I was guaranteed that my backpack would be sent to Warsaw and it was lost in transit. I am extremely angry about this."
Plus: "The actual flight was fine. Smooth flight. Nothing out of the ordinary."
Minus: "The flight was delayed an hour. The crew in the Kiev airport wouldn't allow check-ins for a long period of time. Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."
Plus: "When we got to the airport on the way back home, they couldn't find our tickets. I had online tickets and confirmation, but we were still not on the flight list. We had to go to the ticket counter for them to clear it up and put us back on the flight. The flight itself was not bad. The flight attendants are a bit rude and condescending. The seats and entertainment was not bad."
Minus: "1. Cancelled our outgoing flight hours before it was set to leave; notified us via email; barely got re-booked via different airlines and had to take 3 different flights to reach out destination; missed the 2nd flight because LOT put us on a flight that was departing 30 minutes before out 1st flight arrived. 2. When we got another 2nd flight, we arrived at our final destination without our bags. LOT assured us that our bags were on our flight before we boarded but calling and confirming that they were able to transfer our bags (only had 40 minutes between flights), but of course, it was a complete lie. We did not get our bag until the next day in the evening over 24 hours later. At that point I was happy they found them and gave them to us. 3. Turns out, they cancel flights pretty often and they also book people on transfer flights that are too close for people to make it. We traveled with a handful of other passengers that had the same experience and people were in tears about their horrible travel experience. 4. Warsaw Airport - they only have 5 passport control officers clearing travelers and because they don;t have lines or any type of organization of these travelers, the lines our out of control. People are pushing each other, crying because they are missing flights or not feeling well because of no air and all the pushing and shoving. I was pregnant standing in the line for over 40 minutes. They would not let pregnant passengers or passengers with kids with them pass in their disabled line. Only people in the wheelchairs were allowed to pass there. Horrible airport and even more horrible airline! PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION."

Also, unlike international flights with Air Canada, you have to pay for alcohol (though the prices are pretty good)."
