Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."

Minus: "I didn't like the fact that they cancelled my Austrian flight to a completely different company (Lufthansa). I paid extra money when I reserved the tickets in the USA to make sure I am on the same plane as the other three families that i wanted to be with as a group. They had reserved their tickets and I got the flight numbers and when I reserved my booking I paid extra to be on the same airplane as the rest of the group. My plan worked going to Vienna and to Cairo (although one of the planes were delayed 3 hours which ruined our stay in Vienna) but on the way back from Cairo to LA, I couldn't be with the group because I left 2 hours early and arrived in LA 2 hours late. I pleaded that I came with a group but they said I have a different booking so they couldn't honor keeping me on the same plane as the group. I am very disappointed and will avoid my future travel with Austrian airline"
Minus: "The flight from Budapest to Vienna was delayed so we missed our connection to Tel Aviv. The behavior of the ground staff who were supposed to assist us was outrageous. They behaved like a low cost company with one answer to any request, and this is the word "NO". It does not seem logical that we ever go with Austrian again. We do deserve a compensation for the delay and the behavior."

Minus: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Minus: "I paid a premium to book a direct flight (ages ago) and then had to rerouted last minute (same day) with no reason given other than "it's our fault". I inquired about paying to change destination city and or seat to a premium seat (for the 9+ hour flight) when I recvd the reservations for the new flights that were made at the airport around 8am for flights that left at around noon and 3pm. I was told no better seat(s) was available. However, a half hour before the flight was boarded several announcements were made regarding all the upgrades that were available. Liars annoy me."
Minus: "While boarding, the AC was off due to a mechanical issue. The plane was uncomfortably hot, but the pilot and flight attendants were appropriately apologetic. The issue was resolved once we took off."

När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

Sleep would be possible if there were enough room to rest one's head on the tray in front of the seat. This is impossible if the person in front of one's seat has reclined his or her seat. Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."
Minus: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"

Minus: "Very, very cramped seating. Extraordinary measures needed to even try to maneuver arms to try to eat. Food provided sustenance but no pleasure. Seriously, you should just serve pierogies and everyone would be happy. Desserts were actually quite tasty."
