Från och med den 1 juli 2020 kan alla medborgare i EU, EES eller Storbritannien och personer som har permanent uppehållstillstånd i EU-/EES-länderna fritt resa in i Kroatien, utan restriktioner eller krav på karantän. Övriga utländska medborgare, inklusive amerikanska medborgare, får resa in i Kroatien för affärsresa, turism eller andra angelägna personliga skäl, om de kan styrka detta. Resenärer som inte kan uppvisa ett negativt PCR-provresultat måste ta ett PCR-test som görs omedelbart vid ankomsten till Kroatien och därefter sätta sig själva i självisolering tills de får ett negativt testresultat. Resenärer som inte uppvisar ett PCR-test vid ankomsten och som vägrar att ta ett test på plats kommer att hållas isolerade eller i karantän i 14 dagar. Resenärer kan beordras att isolera sig eller tillbringa 14 dagar i officiell statliga karantän om det anses nödvändigt för att förhindra spridning av COVID-19. Placering i karantän sker på resenärens bekostnad. Resenärer som inte får order om självisolering får en pamflett med rekommendationer och instruktioner från Kroatiens folkhälsomyndighet efter 14 dagar. Resenärer som anländer från Sydafrika eller Storbritannien måste genomgå en 14-dagars självisolering. De har möjlighet att ta ett COVID-19-test (på egen bekostnad) efter dag 7 för att förkorta självisoleringsperioden om de får ett negativt resultat.

And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."
Minus: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."
Plus: "Nothing, we never got to go on our flight to Vienna. The only good thing is the manager, Servando, found us an alternative route after some delay. Even then, we had to haggle and really fight for fair treatment for a mistake that was 100% the airline's fault."
Minus: "Our seats were involuntarily given away by the airport staff. We were never notified until we were scanning our tickets to board in. At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

I had not asked the first time drinks were served since I knew I wanted orange juice. he second time, and not wanted to drink the same, I asked: what do you have? and her answer was: "Same as before". I had to let her know I had not asked before and then she proceeded to tell me the different drinks and finally added: My colleague will take care of you. She did not want to serve me. The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." ( not sure for what but her tone was so rude,that people walked to the other bathroom embarrassed). All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I totally forgot about putting the miles on my account on either ticket counter."

Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

When I arrived at the airport, the check in was a mess (ton of people, everyone was taking forever at the counter) and when I FINALLY arrived at the counter, I was informed that I needed to take a handwritten receipt from the check in counter, go up a floor and wind through a few corridors to find some travel agent (?) desk to pay 40 Euros for my checked bag. Which actually was 48 Euros because I needed to use a card, and was not paying by cash. After I managed to find the desk where I needed to pay, I had to wind my way back downstairs and muscle my way back into the line I had already waited in to finish the check in process. When we arrived in Split, 25% of the flight was missing their bags, which included a member of the party I was traveling with. It took an extra 30 minutes at the airport to file a missing bag claim, and another 38 hours for the bag to finally arrive. Not a great way to spend the few days we had in Split."

They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"
