Minus: "Our flight was delayed by three hours due to “technical problems“. We were never updated during the weight and when we were told that the flight was canceled everyone was told to go back to the ticketing area to pick up their luggage and to find other options. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."

The woman behind me gave me the local phone number for Austrian airlines and I was able to get on a flight to US leaving in 30 minutes. I managed to make it, and would not have had I waited another hour in line. Why no surge of staff to help? All 3 help numbers on my Lufthansa e-mail receipt could not help. Horrible experience."

And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

The flight was cancelled at the last minute. It was a big inconvenience especially when you pay a lot for your ticket and plan a vacation and can’t get to it on time.

Crew not helpful. Food quantity very less. Leg space less. Entertainment videos not wide range

And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

A group of drunk travelers ruined the trip to all the remaining passengers

Paid food. No entertainment. Requested to check in cabin luggage required additional waiting time in Lisbon.

They cancelled our tickets after missing the Porto to Lisbon leg. We had car troubles and called emailed and messaged. We were boarding after customs, Covid testing and baggage. We spent 6 hours at the airport just to have to buy full fare replacement tickets.

My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine."
Minus: "The flight attendants didn't come around with anything to drink, except with meals. All international flights I have been on offer multiple drinks through the flight. They charged $80 for a suitcase. This was not a discounted ticket."

Minus: "The business class cabins are not up-to-date and state of the art. The seats are not comfortable. On my outbound flight, the seat did not fully lay flat. The electrical outlet was old and worn out and ended up not charging my devices because it was too loose. They need to install USB outlets like everybody else. Needs more luxury like others in business class"

Minus: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

2 hours delay, no catering, not even some water during the waiting time

They made us pay 100 EUR For hand luggage for disappointed with the service and I will try to get the money back from them since our hand luggage did fit under the seat and actually measured the correct size.

Jag fick betala 40€ extra för att ta med mig mitt bagage vilket jag har betalat för de sen åkte från Stockholm. Känns att man bli lurad, obekväma sittplatser, långa köer till incheckningen, då kom jag till flygplatsen vid 03:00 fick komma in till flyget vid 06:30 fick inte ens andas typ, mkt stress och panik över hela deras resor.

Extremt små och hårda stolar som varken går att fälla eller har plats bakom för att lägga saker.

Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."

I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."
Minus: "I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce."
