I’m not going to repeat this airline. It’s a first time but they have worse carry on luggage restrictions.
Liked nothing. Food was awful and so was service. There was no entertainment.

Indigo carrier didn't even get to board from concourse itself during Doha's hot temperatures. It was a bus transfer. The right door of flight was used for wheelchairs and 4 wheelchairs had to wait for 30 minutes in the loading vehicle cabin without AC. Staff I'm this loading cabin didn't wear mask. Flight didn't run AC , air filtration and ventilation system until it took off to save money. Around 10 people I know got detected covid positive because the air filtetaration and AC system was turned off.
Q Suites much better than standard business class.

The crew is horrible. Especially at the ticketing and checking counter. Very irresponsible, lazy and no emphathy.

- When serving drinks, the hostess was unaware that her filled bottle of Coke was open. If it weren't for my wife, the Coke bottle would have tipped over and slip all over me. - When clearing the drink glasses, the air host, while trying to throw away someone else's glass - spilt the un-drunk liquid (hopefully water) all over my sleeve! My sleeve was completely drenched! And he did not realize he had done this! I had to get his attention and tell him he had drenched my sleeve! He got me some paper towels to wipe myself and apologized by saying he lost his bearings or something like that! His apology sounded more like “im sorry it happened; but it happened… Quite disappointed
Boarding process confusing
If you can put on new planes on this route.
They were doing some sort of passport control and only had 1 person for all of economy. It took forever and seemed unnecessary since we all had our documents checked when we were at the check in counter.

Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

I was subjected to unnecessary hassle as Air Canada did not issue me boarding pass for the section of Motreal to Zurich at Los Angeles airport. Had I known that I have to come out of the airport, I would not have bought this ticket. Hopefully same ordeal is not repeated while returning from Zurich to Los Angeles via Montreal on June 30, 2016. There was a long queque at Montreal to board the place as it was not organized in zone wise."

The food served could have been better
Att gå ombord var kaos och en del förändringar med att gå ombord. Det som ni har kunnat att göra är att komma ut med tydliga information och tydliga instruktioner till resenärer så att de inte agerar på egna händer tex när de står i kön kunde de som var vid disken att tala om i högtalaren till resenärer att sätta sig ner och ropar endast på dem som har sittplatser längst in i flyget och var noga med att kontrollera sittplatser vid på stigning så att de underlättar senare steget när resenärerna är på flyget. Det finns en del som man kunde ha gjort men jag har tyvärr inte tid att skriva allt här. Lycka till

Minus: "On line check-in system does not remember frequent flier info. Passport check at gate was poorly managed. Everyone was in waiting area then told to get out and stand in line for passport check. It happened each time so this seems to be their normal process. On flight back they bused us to the airplane and waited for all three buses to arrive at the airplane before allowing anyone to board. Flight attendants helped with moving carry on bags in bins but with little consideration to the items. Completely unorganized boarding process to the point it is worth paying a little more to fly a different airline."
Plus: "Flight itself was comfortable even though it was very full. Good, well maintained airplane. Great pillow and blanket. Somewhat hard seat. Love the newspapers they give us to read - what a selection."
Minus: "Istanbul airport really lacks seating for its passengers in the general areas. You need to sit in a restaurant to rest your feet as waits are quite long between flights. Another problem is the lack of internet for passengers without Turkish cell accounts. This should be corrected. Finally, lack of water fountains in the airport is also a problem."
Minus: "I travelled in Business Class from Istanbul to Chicago. The service was not at all impressive and the crew were not very helpful. I asked for water and champagne with my dinner. Champagne never arrived, even after I asked for it again. My half-full glass of water was taken away halfway through dinner with no explanation and never replaced. I asked for water five times before I was finally brought a bottle of water over 30 minutes later when they were being passed around to everyone. Meanwhile, the two flight attendants I asked for water walked by several times picking up trash... not sure what was so difficult about bringing me a glass of water."

Minus: "It took 57 mins of checking my passport and boarding card at 3 stations while standing in line prior to. Boarding. We underwent screening upon entering the airport and at customs. This subjection to standing in the heat in 3 lines of additional checking was lunacy. The plane was nasty , no tissue or paper towel was available in the bathrooms. The one toilet was out of order prior to taking off 1 hour later than our scheduled departure time"
Plus: "I am always pleased with Turkish Airlines service and I love that they still give the little extras. It makes me feel more comfortable and the earplugs are always welcome!"

The overhead luggage compartments fill up fast. *This is more of a cultural thing: but it is annoying that passengers routinely get up and start grabbing their bags before the aircraft has even retracted the speed brakes upon landing..."

Aircraft was old. Boarding crew was rude and unprofessional! Food was bad like real bad. Lufthansa has been the worst airline i flew in in 10 years
DO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHT USING CHATDEAL! They will mess everything up and then blame you for the issues and try to not give you your money back. Don't make the same mistake we did. I'll never use Kayak ever again. Pay the extra money and book directly with the airline. Save yourself the headache.

en väldigt dålig ombordstigning. Alla skulle vänta på alla och en som organiserade ombordstigningen som inte kunde använda mikrofonen. Var väldigt mycket otydligheter och alla grymtade bak i kön.
ombordstigningen är ju väldigt komplicerad och inte speciellt effektivt. Har de gott om tid är det ok men inte annars

Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra."
