Minus: Flight was over booked

Plus: Boarding took forever and we were an hour late

Minus: Start boarding time 30min before it is set to fly instead of doing when we are supposed to take off

Plus: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Minus: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Minus: Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!

Minus: Larger leg room

Plus: The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time).

Minus: Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!

Plus: Kind stevards clean plane no delay

Minus: More comfortable seats but this is low cost company :)

Minus: The food

Minus: Everything ans basically no updates or info about what was happening.

Plus: Efficient and friendly approachable staff.comortable seats..nice selection of refreshments .

Minus: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Minus: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Plus: Friendly crew and good service

Minus: Not delayed

Plus: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Minus: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Minus: Flight was late abolutnie 1 hour

Plus: I liked that we were not late and that the late coming priority guests were told to pay attention next time. Take off and landing were both nice.

Minus: Boarding was a little slow and we were somewhat late.

Plus: Nothing

Minus: Not having a 3+ hours take off delay

Minus: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Plus: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Minus: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Minus: Seats were very uncomfortable

Plus: Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Minus: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Minus: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Plus: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Minus: no delay!

Plus: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Minus: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Minus: Larger leg room

Minus: Better organization on the boarding process, i.e. separate lines for priority and normal.

Plus: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Plus: Good airport . Punctual flight .

Plus: Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time.

Minus: The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags.

Plus: Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful.

Minus: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.

Plus: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Minus: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Plus: The flight was short

Minus: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Plus: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Minus: Everything should've been planned better.

Minus: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Plus: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Minus: Nothing.

Minus: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Minus: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Minus: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off.

Minus: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...
