Minus: More nice crew. TV on the plane

Minus: Delays with little explanation of what was going on. Loaded the bus, the unloaded. Should have just had us wait

Plus: Getting from a to b to c

Minus: Everything from service, food, comfort and punctuality.......

Plus: The entertainment was actually great. Literally everything else was terrible.

Minus: It was the most uncomfortable flight ever. No water served and no refreshments served at all on the 9 hr flight.

Plus: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Minus: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Plus: All is great.

Plus: Extremely helpful and attentive. The crew volunteered to be on this flight from Madrid in the middle of the Covid pandemic

Minus: Best flight I’ve ever had. Need to have this many people on the plane every time

Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Plus: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!

Minus: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Plus: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Minus: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Minus: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Plus: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Minus: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Plus: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Plus: The movies in the flight

Minus: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

Minus: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Plus: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Minus: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Plus: The crew was nice. The economy seating was sorta spacious, but then again, it was economy. I’m 6’2” and my knees didn’t hurt.

Minus: It’s standard European airline. Don’t expect Cathay, Singapore or Emirates.

Minus: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Plus: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Minus: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Plus: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Plus: Our initial flight was cancelled by Norwegian. So when I tried to communicate this with RyanAir, they wouldn’t refund our money

Minus: Poor customer service. No way to communicate with your support team They kept our money when we couldn’t be in Barcelona due to our original flight was cancelled by Norwegian

Plus: I like that the boarding was delayed mid-way for some unknown reason (thus, the take-off was 15 min delayed), and I was able to get on the plane with my short connection not being the last passenger. :)
