Minus: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Minus: "Flight delayed ... Myself and three other colleagues didn't have our luggage show up from KLM flight from Amsterdam to Brussels...even though all of our luggage was labeled "priority". Once in customer service line, we looked and saw that many of the other passengers on our flight also never received their luggage. We estimated that 20-25% of the people on that flight did not receive their luggage as they were in line with us for the same problem. Hard to understand how so many pieces of luggage could have been overlooked and not loaded on our flight. Obviously there is a huge gap in their quality system to ensure mistakes like this are prevented."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Minus: "For a 10.5 hour flight the food served was not enough. I am a 123 lb female and was hungry. I always carry snacks with me because of previous experiences like this. Also when you are at a window seat it is hard to get up frequently to even get water as the people next to you are sleeping. The stewardess came by twice offering only water. I remember before they offered juice and came around more often. They gave 1 small bottle of water after serving the meal. Wish that was a bigger bottle."

Minus: "The disconnect between ticketing and boarding passes between the 2 airlines. We didn't have TSA PRECHK on the boarding passes United gave us in Portland and getting through security was long and tedious."
Minus: "The food choices (2 alternatives) was only available for 12 out of 16 persons in the business class cabin. That’s really bad considering the two alternatives being: A warm chicken meal and the other option was 3 pieces of cheese on a plate with a bun. Is that what they call planning? Not that we are starving people but the planning element did irritate me."

Plus: "Everything was on time!!! I flew in the new airplane with the adjustable seats coach and I was comfortable!!! This is a huge difference from a couple of years ago when I totally refused to fly this airline due to the the small uncomfortable seats when I was flying from NY to LA. The service was amazing - every person from the kiosk help to the suitcase attendant who found my forgotten duty-free purchase after arrival. I had the best experience flying United - they really stepped up their game!!! No complaints!!!"
Minus: "I paid for something and I expected to get it. For most of my trip I sat business class but on my flight back to phx from Houston not only did I get an economy seat but I also got put on the last group to board. I can't help but feel a bit cheated here."

Under alla reser vi gjort med United har vi i familjen (4 personer) inte kunnat sitta tillsammans. Sista gången fick vi stå utspridda i hela planet. Detta trots att vi checkat in via dator ca 18 timmar innan. Detta beror troligtvis på att ingen har tillsatt säte och att det varit en del "singlar" och par som åkt. när de valt säte väljer de en hel tom rad. Då behövs inte att så många hinner före i incheckning innan det blir omöjligt för grupper om 3-4 att sitta bredvid varandra. Flera familjer hade samma problem vid såna flygning. Ge dessa grupper automatiskt plats reservation innan alla kan börja att checka in."
Plus: "Couldn't check in on line or at the kiosks with Lufthanse. At airport, sent to SAS desk, and after a 1 hour wait in line, sent to United desk -- that was the airline Lufhanse assigned us to (months in advance, based on flight times) but never to us about the switch. United desk was about to close and we nearly missed the flight -- seat assignments made at the last minute at the gait. We'll try to to avoid air travel in the future. Just too hairy and full of uncertainties and frustrations. Only funny part was the sign at SAS checkin warning against assaulting the agents -- must happen a lot."

Minus: "The food was unusually bad. The Lufthansa food from NYC to Göteborg was far, far better. The movie selection on the United flight also could have been better."

Minus: "My flight was delayed two and a half hours. The pilot repeatedly said we were ready to go and would then say we had to wait again."
Minus: "My first flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. I was put on a standby list for flights to my destination as well as to any cities around it with connecting flights. Every flight was over sold and they were unable to get me on any flights until Tuesday... My original flight was Sunday morning. I was among 26 others on this standby list. United customer service told me to wait at the airport until my flight because they wouldn't be able to help me with a hotel. Less than satisfied and annoyed that I have to miss two days of work on top of having to stay in San Francisco for two nights."
