At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

I paid for reserved seats with Lufthansa months before flying. Apparently no one relayed this to ticketing clerk as we were seated at the very back of the plane (row 46), next to restrooms and storage bins. Needless to say, we were unable to sleep for the entire overseas flight. We are returning October 11th via the same route and sincerely hope to have better accommodations.

Excellent staff, overall good flight. However, quite a few crying toddlers for 10 hours makes it less pleasant

This trip, coming back to Las Vegas (from Yerevan to Frankfurt to Las Vegas) turned out to be HORRIBLE and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Shame on Lufthansa! The leg from Yerevan to Frankfurt was cancelled and delayed for about 10 hours, but the worst part was that we didn't get any notification of the 10 hour delay until the last hour or two, but by that time we were at the airport at around 2am. We are a total of 6 passengers (me and my 5 kids between ages 2 and 17), so I ended up dragging the kids back to the hotel for 10 hours then we went back to the airport again. But the nightmare didn't end there! Then as we arrived in Frankfurt, our next leg of the flight to Las Vegas had already flown obviously, and so we missed it because of the delay in Yerevan. Now, Lufthansa says that there are no other flights or seats for a party of 6. Now they gave us this 3 leg flight, which takes off the next day, Frankfurt to Seattle to Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which is going to take 24 hours - if not more, instead of our straight 1 leg flight Frankfurt to Las Vegas, which was only going to be an 11 or 12 hour flight. This was a trip from hell so far, and the trip to Las Vegas hasn't ended yet. Who knows how many delays we will encounter during this 3 leg flight. There were just as many problems with Lufthansa's flights going to Yerevan in the first place, and these are just the problems coming back to Las Vegas, because this survey is only asking how was your trip back to Las Vegas from Frankfurt. This was our first trip with Lufthansa, and it will definitely be our very last flight with Lufthansa!

On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair

Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

Minus: "the pilot didn't care about landing, it was the worst landing ever"

Minus: "Delay was make rest of trip worse cos my other communication away without me. And I have to find alternative way"
Plus: "The price was right but they sock it to you if your bag is over size or weight."
Minus: "You are only allowed to bring a small personal bag on board then check your carry on bag . The plane is old and used. They took forever to unload the bags and put them on the carousel."
Plus: "Crew. 1 small and 1 cabin bag for free. Much better then Wizz air."
Minus: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."

Minus: "Things that went wrong; 1- gate switched at the last minute. 2- the flight departed 30 minutes later. 3. At boarding, as Americans, we were singled out and had to pay €50!! For our carry on. This was the third airline we in our European vacation. No one else was being asked and had bigger bags then we did. I told them that they had to be consistent with everyone that was going by to make sure that they also paid. But they didn't even bother to check People with European passports. We will never ever flight with this airline agin. We don't recommend it. The airplane was old. The seats were torn. And the landing was horrible."
Plus: "I not only had paid for 2 seats last night and paid for, but I also booked 2 bags and paid for them. In all E 37.50 per bag in cargo, then E 8 for each seat, AND I checked in both of is. Upon arrval at Athens airport, I was charged another E 62,50 for your failure to privode me with another boarding pass. Terrible,"
Minus: "Refund my trip. I will never fly RyanAir again,"
Plus: "Automatic checkin done by kiwi, with boarding tickets sent to email."
Minus: "Separate seating. Two of us flew under one booking. We got seats at opposite sides of the airplane, although there were seats available to sit together"
Plus: "The Ryanair flight was on time and reasonably comfortable. They don’t offer entertainment and I didn’t eat onboard"
Minus: "The seats are basic, but fine. I could do without the fanfare on landing!"
Minus: "there is no line up or organization to people getting on and off, everyone rushes to be first."
Minus: "The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous."

Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
Minus: "I don't like the fact that you have to pay to sit with your companions. As a protest for this I refuse to buy any food or drink on the flight."
Plus: "When we took off the plane stayed to hot"
Minus: "Ryanair wouldn't let me cancel my flight, which means my money was completely wasted."
