Minus: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Stay clear!!!"

Minus: "My fiancé and I paid for meals and things were highly unorganized during the flight. The flight attendants were going through aisles asking everyone if they ordered a meal, and serving them after by checking a paper list. So we got our first meal and weren't even offered our second meal. I thought that the second meal might had been an option while on the plane. We landed hungry and bought food during our layover, which is when I found out through my sister that the second meal was included in our meal plan (she was sitting in another row). Also, our flight was delayed and we weren't receiving any notifications, updates or explanation why. It was not until 5 minutes prior to boarding that the agents told everybody that we will be able to board soon."

Paid for a ticket to Madris Spain, had to connect from PHX, they were having issues so i called in to NWA asking what my options were hours before the flight. The rep told me to call back the next day. I called back once stranded at JFK and the next representative says, because i didnt call prior to 30 minutes before my check in time she statez the pre ious representative notated she advised me. I assure you if she did I would have simply rescheduled for the next flight. The rep goes on to tell me, no, they will not put us on stand by and (her monotone and bluntness and lack of empathy for me flooding money and being stranded was appalling. I am on limited funds with a baby, they dont care that i will be out of thousands of non refundable charges. They don't care that my return flight home is booked from Spain. Not JFK. We are completely screwed here."

Respektera kundens tid och pengar . Vi förlylade pangar för buss som vi hade bokat för att allt är försenad och ni bry sig inte att kunderna behöver kanske åka vidare nästan 150km med barn hem från flygplatsen.

Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair

Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga

They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

I asked the flight attendants for a bit higher at every flight but they did not fix it. Crew said that the captain regulates it.. At each flight all passengers in the rows around me agreed that it was very cold and they said that its always cold and the crew never changes it anyway. They cannot expect anything getting warmer, it is always uncomfortable cold. The flights were horrible and uncomfortable because of just that detail. I have problem with my throat and breathing since then. It got irritated and soar. I am a regular flyer becuase of my job and tried Ryanair but it was the coldest trips ever."

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Minus: "Ryanair acted like a dust Stucker of money. Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again."

Minus: "i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!"

Minus: "They do not offer a complimentary drink and small snack for any flights, short or long. Anything other than a seat comes with a price tag."

Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
Plus: "Very efficient processes and was incredibly reasonably priced. Great for flights under 2 hours"
Minus: "Seemed like everything was an ad to purchase something. I get that this is the business model, but I don't have to like it."
Minus: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Plus: "Cabin crew is pleasant and professional."
Minus: "Two days in a row the gate operations seemed disorganized. My flight from London to Dublin was over an hour late, and then my return flight from Dublin to London was also an hour late today."
Minus: "Cramped seats. Did not disclose that you would have to pay an extra fee for seats if you wanted to select them (so I could sit with my husband). First time flying Ryanair. Did not know we had to print out our boarding passes ahead of time (until they emailed us a reminder the day before) or pay $15 each for the print out at the counter. The place we were staying didn't have a printer, so I had to waste a good deal of my vacation time dealing with this and finding a way to get it printed. I chatted with someone at Ryanair and they said the thing about printing your boarding passes was in the fine print. Why? This shouldn't be a secret!"
Plus: "It was a short flight and got me to where I needed to go."
Minus: "Seats too small. They broke my suitcase. I made sure the extension handle was down when I checked it. When I got it back, the handle was up and bent so it couldn't be put back down. A kind man on the bus was able to straighten it, but it still doesn't work right."
Plus: "Nothing"
Minus: "The lady at check in was rude. Also how she wanted to charge us 140 pounds because our luggage was over in kilos. So we removed everything to lower the amount only to bring the items onto the plane anyway. Then there was hardly any room in the over head compartments for everyone to put their things. very counter intuitive."
Minus: "Delayed flight without being told before boarding at Paris BVA"

Plus: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"
Plus: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Minus: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."
Plus: "I got exactly what was expected for the low price. This is a great way to travel light and cheap. The bad reviews are mostly a result of not reading the rules before booking. Don't expect food and entertainment."
Minus: "The boarding process could be a little faster if there was more than one person checking people through, but the flight still arrived on time."
Plus: "Nothing! Crew was decent, but not great."
Minus: "Basically everything. Long wait in unannounced. unstructured line (s). Miserable seat."
