Very slow in the food service, often times rude and lound when addressing passengers, and failed to clean the restrooms in flight, which left them in dire state and smelled. An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Minus: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

Minus: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

One of best budget airlines Nordic perspective. But the luggage limit in the aircraft must be limited to seat number and not just one person occupying the cabin as he liked. And also the onboarding of passenger will be wise if they do it batch by batch (like first class first, then zone A and zone B next next and so on.
Gaten var mycket liten och det var packat med många människor som var tvungna att stå tätt tätt intill varandra i över 45 min. Mycket varmt och dåligt luft samt ingen AC. Inte alls coronaanpassat. Personalen var irriterad och ovänlig.

Split airport is terribly over crowded and uncomfortable without adequate space to sit, bathrooms to service the amount of people, AC to handle the heat load with the number of people, etc. That being said, the check in, security, and gate people are professional and very pleasant."

Minus: "We bought the ticket with 1.5hrs connection in Stockholm and the experience was very bad. First bad surprise was on the ticket price. The ticket price on the beginning was good, but after adding only one check-in bag (normal for international flights) and selecting seats and meal the price went up by another $140. Then on the day of the flight we got a message that our first flight was delayed by more then 2 hrs. We called to Norwegian and asked for solution, but were told that the next flight available is 1 WEEK LATER! and we can or stay in Stockholm for a week on our own or to get refund for the ticket. Finally we found alternative flight for the same price and cancelled the ticket."

Minus: "due to the congestion at jfk although the lane was there, we could not find a gate to board from. we were supposed to board at 930pm, didn't end up boarding until 330am...this would have been fine but when we arrived in stockholm they indicated the bags did not come along with the flight and provided no updates on timeline for their arrival. i am here for important meetings on monday and tuesday and need the suits packed in my luggage..unacceptable all the way around.."

It was an emotional parting with my partner as I won't see him again for a few months and this very rude employee didn't help at all This was my second flight with Norwegian in the space of a few weeks and I could very well be a regular flyer as my partner is in Sweden for the foreseeable future. This guy gave an awful representation of your airline. People get delayed these things happen he wasnt one bit nice about it and I was very unhappy how I was treated"
Minus: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Since my tours and accommodations were already booked I had to cancel my Norwegian flight and rebook a new last minute flight at much greater cost. Norwegian gave no reason for the delay and insufficient service on getting me to my final destination,"

They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"

Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Minus: "With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me."

Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."

Minus: "I fly Ryan Air often. Overall good experience. But Pisa airport could do a better job witch signage for priority boarding and regular boarding. This is the second time I’ve experienced confusion along with other passengers when it’s time to board. C"

Minus: "Crammed space - I had a middle seat. No entertainment sucks on a 4 1/2 hrs flight. Well well, you get what you pay for..."

Minus: "This airport is wayyyyyy too far from Paris, Kaylan was misleading in suggesting this airport. The cab from central Paris was $170"
Minus: "There was only 1 polite cabin crew member. People were shouting and walking all around the plane through out the flight and the cabin crew did nothing to stop this. It made the early morning flight impossible to doze off on."
Plus: "Flight was smooth an was in early"
Plus: "Cabin crew were excellent. Very friendly, professional, efficient."
Plus: "I liked that I didn't feel squashed and this is about it."
Minus: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."
Plus: "Nothing late again dirty plane not allowed to bring alcohol on which is fair enough but they don’t mind selling you there own"
Minus: "Everything was rubbish"
Minus: "Everything. AND missed flight to Athens!!"
Minus: "The time of the layover between a Ryanair flight that requires you to check baggage and then pick up from the carousel, go through customs, and an Aer Lingus flight that you then had to check into at the Aer Lingus desk (online check in was not an option) and go BACK through security IS NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE. This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

Plus: "Planet var nästan 3h sent iväg från CRL TILL CPH. Ingen kom och erbjöd mat ett dryck och informerade heller inte oss om våra rättigheter som passagerare på plats."
Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"
Minus: "We had to wait 2 hours on board + 1 hour 40mn in the airport !"
Minus: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."
Minus: "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."
Minus: "Lateness and the waiting in the area to board with about 6 other flights in a small area with confusing announcements"

Minus: "Stolarna funkade i två av tre timmar."
Plus: "Good flight times and on-time flight arrivals. Helpful crew and plenty of crew passes with drinks & food."
Minus: "Nothing to criticise."
Plus: "The price was cheap, as long as you don't add any extras (like choosing your seat)."
Minus: "You need to check in before you arrive at the airport otherwise you'll be charged FOR CHECKING IN. Also apparently it is normal for passengers to line up at the gate an hour before boarding, apparently because there is not enough overhead space for everyone. So unless you pay extra (no surprise there) to board early, you'll be standing in line for a good hour. I like a cheap flight as much as the next guy but Ryanair just takes it too far."
Plus: "The flight boarding was delayed by 45 mins originally, which was added 15 mins onto then half an hour when we were then we were all very badly moved to another area when I say very badly, we were given poor instructions and me and some other passengers almost ended up on the wring flight. After we finally got to where we were supposed to be half hour was said that came and gone then another 15 mins when we were moved back to boarding area. Another half hour finally got boarded then and after this was the usual great Ryanair experience."

Minus: "I was informed at the departure gate that my carry-on baggage cannot be brought to the airplane and I was forced to pay 50euro at the last minute for the baggage fee. The ironic part was I have gone through the check-in desk to ask for whether my carry on fits Ryanair standard or not. That was very unprofessional and inconsistent way of handling the issue."
Minus: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."

Minus: "Everything else."
Minus: "None of the flight attendants had knowledge of the terrorist attackstbat had occurred, and did not acknowledge my fear and uncomfortability in boarding a flight heading towards the terrorist attacks. I would like Ryanair to consider giving me a full refund for this flight due to the poor customer service."
Plus: "One crew member was genuinely nice!"
Minus: "Ryanair have found yet another way to squeeze some money out of you - book two or more tickets together and rather than sitting together, they'll ensure you are randomly allocated seats away from each other! Of course for some extra money, you can "enjoy" sitting together. Pathetic."
Minus: "3 hour delay! Walked out of barcrlona airport ar 3am!"
Plus: "Flight was mostly on time, not bad after a security incident at Marseilles Airport"
Minus: "This was really cattle class. We were herded onto the plane, held in tiny pens, and herded off. But it was cheap."
