It was unbelievable, SWISS was randomly determining who would not fly and miss their other connecting flights in Zurich. It was by shear luck that we were able to keep our original reservation. SWISS needs to realize that this type of problem is serious. I can't imagine every flying SWISS again."

The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."

Minus: "Reviewing Business class Nothing memorable at all. An ok dinner after take off followed by a tiny salad 8h later before landing. Quite minimal for such a long flight. The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."

It was incredible service and everyone was super friendly. We so appreciated them making sure we caught our connecting flight!"

I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"
Minus: "Through no fault of the airline, there was a strong thunderstorm that delayed our flight. Little information was provided about the situation. It was obvious that we could not fly in the storm, but we were not informed about the likely departure time. The reason I gave a poor ranking is that my suitcase/pack must have been left out in the downpour on the top of the pile so all of my clothes were extremely wet when I reached Boston. The bag itself was wet so it was not a case of something leaking in the bag. I have had to wash all of the clothes and iron them."

Minus: "The agent at the check-in had no clue what he was doing. He had to ask his neighboring agents a dozen questions to check us in (4 passengers, 3 bags and 2 car seats). On top of that, his whole demeanor was condescending, treating us as if we had never flown an airplane before. We are big are traveling light, so we had 2 small suitcases, small enough that we never have to check them in for the US domestic flights. I asked the check-in agent if the small ones were needed to be checked in or if they could be taken as carry-ons. He made a big deal that they were too big and had to be checked in. But when we boarded the plane, we saw that about a quarter of the carry-on bags in the plane were as big as our small suitcases! We were in row 30+. The leg room was the narrowest I have had in all international flights I flew in. Having longer than average legs, it was pure torture for the duration of the overnight flight. The best part of the dinner they served was the croissant - that should give you an idea. I don't think I would voluntarily choose Swiss Air again."

När man kommer till Paris från en annan destination, vad de kallar för transfer jag kallar stress och oro..! 45 mn mellan flygningar ..! Check point och förvirring i korridorerna och framför allt när du kommer hem är dina bagage sena eller borttappade ..! Helvete helt enkelt
Maten var som vanligt dåligt..! Annars besättningen och komforten var okej
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Minus: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Minus: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

Very fast check-in and boarding
Flight delayed. Information was sent via SMS which was helpfull, but also misleading: First message indicated only a change of type of airplane. The second about a delay. No update on revised delay time later. No good follow-up on boarding time etc afterwards,
The luggage handling at arrival was extremely slow. The indication "first luggage on belt" was not correct at all. This is the second time it arrives to me and I will choose other carriers as a consequence.

And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap."

Minus: "Flight was delayed, but more than that - WHERE ARE THE TRANSAVIA SIGNS AT THE AIRPORT?! I flew out of Orly, which is a nice, small airport that looks like a ghost town on one half of the check-in terminal. There are electronic kiosks which look like check-in kiosks but they don't work, and a whole floor of empty check-in booths with NO SIGNS as to where to go. I had to go to the information desk to find out where your check-in staff was - which is quite frustrating for a person who travels as much as I do. This should be easy, right? The trains in Paris are under construction during the summer. The whole transport system is screwed up (also lack of signs as to where to actually catch your train). So you're ALREADY stressed about catching your flight, and when you show up at the airport the check-in terminal (where is appears Transavia is located) is EMPTY?! That is RIDICULOUS. I am NOT a tourist. I LIVE & WORK all over Europe as an artist. I don't appreciate this sick twisted pleasure that some Europeans have in seeing confused tourists rush around like chickens with their heads cut off when their own infrastructure breaks down...because it DOESN'T JUST AFFECT THE TOURISTS! It's not cool. It's sadistic & a really crappy way to treat people who are just trying to appreciate and learn about your culture while supporting your economy while they're at it. A little bit of consideration goes a LONG way. And when it's severely lacking, as it was in this case, it makes me want to take my business & creative projects elsewhere. You have a whole Transavian UTOPIA one floor down from the main level. How about a few big TRANSAVIA SIGNS saying "ONE LEVEL DOWN" that tell people where to go instead of making everyone confused and mad when they're already in a rush to catch their plane?! How about a little empathy - seeing travel from the perspective of the TRAVELER? Just saying."

Minus: "If you have an appointment, meeting or reservations, do not book this airline, as they do not fill their flights and have you wait for passengers who are late. I sat on the aircraft for over an hour waiting for all passengers who were late to board before we could take off. I missed an important appointment because of this. The crew was rude about this and every single thing on the plane / related is extra cost. Zero stars."
