Minus: "When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Plus: "We had no idea we had to pay for checked luggage. Until we arrived at check in. Hidden fee and so wrong! So we ended up paying another $98 on top of the ticket price. Now I understand why there was so much carry- on luggage! And that took soooooooo much longer to board and exit the plane. No entertainment. Small seats. Sorry, Easy Jet, but never again."

Minus: "Flight was delayed three times, from 6pm to 8:40pm, and then after we finally boarded the plane we waited on the tarmac for another hour almost, before taking off. No compensation given - they could have at least provided some drink or snacks on the flight! The worst part is that there was very little information or update about the delay and new departure times until almost right before the actually boarding time."

Minus: "Gate closing 30 minutes before flight seems to be an over average early closing. With other Airlines it's 15 minutes. Most of all, my Carry On plus a Laptop Bag appears to be too much for them and i had to pack the Laptop Bag into the Carry On in front of them. :-( Took it out 60 seconds later again, hehehe. And if you curious: my Carry On was not at all on the larger side; it was in fact one of the smallest wheelies you can find. Cheers."
Minus: "I understand that flights get delayed, but when there is a lack of communication with the flight crew to the passengers, it is unacceptable. We were standing around ready to board a plane that was not even checked for departure. At Malpensa's EasyJet terminal, there is no type of organization or authority from the employees. The same issue with lack of communication came when it was time to leave the aircraft; we all stood up waiting to exit and the plane was being held. It was 5 minutes before someone informed us of the issue. Overall, a 1.5 hour flight ended up being a 7 hour journey because of easyJet's unorganization."

Minus: "Slowwwww boarding. Half a dozen or so speedy boarders and instead of letting everyone else through once those passengers were through they continued to check people in a single file, until staff realised we were behind schedule and started using both check in scanners."
Minus: "After the plane left without me due to a security breach, I was made to buy a new ticket. I thought I could be out on standby, it wasn't my fault that the plane left without me after all, but nope, I had to spend TWICE AS MUCH on another ticket. The ticket agent said there were no seats because the flight was oversold but but that he would "take a risk" and book me for the next and last flight. There was a chance that after spending that money, I would get to the gate and have no seat. What a rip off! I eventually did get on the plane, only for us to sit on the tarmac. I will never fly easyjet again and I want a refund!"

Minus: "Deceptive and evasive baggage policy. Was prepared to and paid for bags in advance but no warning was given ot option to pay for a small personal item along with my cary on (hand luggage). Checked in and checked one bag at the airport, of course they didnt say anything, then when in line to board all of the sudden I'm a criminal because I have a carry on and a small personal item. They have no xtra baggage fee for a purse sized item, then threatened me "well the flight is full" nothing mire than scam artists."
Minus: "After waiting an hour they told us our flight was cancelled and they were sending us to a hotel . They rescheduled our flight for the next morning at 10:30 which did not give us enough time to catch our connecting flight from Paris to Miami . We had to cancel flight and lost all money . We had to take on the expense of a hotel for the second night then because we could find another flight out, all of our luggage was paid for and lost all that money also. Very disappointed with easy jet and how they handled it, they pretty much told us they didn't care about our connecting flight because they were not the carrier. Never will use again."
Minus: "Fast boarding which we payed extra for didn't work. First two separate lines, then everyone was lumped together for duck marsch over the tarmac to the plane. Luckily it was not raining."
Minus: "Four hours delays and very communication from the part of EasyJet."
Minus: "There wasn't enough space for most people's hand luggages and after searching the plane up and down a few people had to put them on the hold. They should have planned ahead and marked oversize bags to be put straight in the hold, so it wouldn't have delayed take off"
