Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair
Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga
They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

The inexpensive upfront price of the flight is not worth it since they will trick you into paying in other ways."

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

Minus: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

It seemed like they were trying to give us the worst possible seats so that we would pay the extra to pick a seat. Almost all the other seats were open if we paid. We had already paid for priority boarding. Very disappointed."

Minus: "My husband and I flew with RyanAir 3 times in two weeks. This was the third time, and it was the worst! When we were about to board, a staff person approached us and said that out carryon bags (which RyanAir tags and checks, anyway) were too large. We'd carried the same bags with the same items in them for all of our flights with RyanAir with no issues. But this time, the staff insisted that we had to pay to check the bags. We removed items from our luggage and put them in our backpacks, which only made the staff upset because they were unable to charge us. One of the staff members began yelling at me and told me she was doing us a favor by not making us pay (though our bags were the right size and met the airline's standards). She told me to be quiet and not argue with the staff, otherwise she'd charge me. If this were in America, I would have spoken to her manage and filed a complaint. I don't know the process in Germany, so I let it be. I felt disrespected and angered. During the flight, I asked a crew member for a fork or spoon. He said he'd bring it to me in a minute. After 15 minutes, he had not returned with it, so I asked another crew member, who told me that there were no spoons or forks. I replied that the airline serves hot meals that require utensils and asked if I could have one of those. He insisted that the airline accounts for every utensil and refused to provide me with one. The woman sitting behind me leaned forward and handed me a spoon. She explained that another crew member had given her the spoon, though she had not asked for it. She was confused and now realized that the spoon was intended for me-- he'd handed it to the wrong passenger. This made it obvious that the other crew member had lied to me. Overall, this was one of the worst flight experiences I'd ever had. I would not recommend RyanAir to anyone, and would actively dissuade people from flying with this airline if asked for my opinion."

Minus: "If you don't check in two hours before your flight, they will charge you €50 per person to essentially print your boarding pass. We were backpacking in Europe and unable to get access to email reliably, so never got the big warning email they send 1 day prior to check in or be fined. So we had to pay up. Employees were terribly rude, probably due to dealing with pissed of passengers all day. We had a second Ryanair flight and luckily were able to print our passes ahead of time... Though in our situation that is rarely a possibility. It's a straight up racket."
