Minus: Seat spaces are so small for long flights. London Helsinki on the back seat was a torture.

Plus: In flight entertainment was good, half of the cabin crew were super friendly, others a bit bored.

Minus: Brand new A350 but very cramped seats, it felt very claustrophic. Flew out on a 747 and had a lot of space - wonderful aircraft, flew back on A350 and it felt like flying Ryanair for 7 hours! I am only 5 feet 7 and my knees were close to the seat in front, I am not fat but the tray table was touching my stomach. I dread to think how anyone ate the food if they are 15 stone or more, I guess the table rest on the stomach and the food has to be held on.. The food wasn't good, I asked for a vegetarian meal but got bland vegan food - no cheese or dairy even though those are vegetarian. Next time I will not order a special meal and just get the standard vege meal and risk that they have one for me. Flight crew were OK, some of the instructions about electronic devices were garbled and unclear, especially about the use of laptops.

Plus: My air hostess was very friendly and kind

Minus: Food for vegetarians

Minus: It would be nice if at least snacks and a cup of water were provided.

Minus: The plane was small. It was a quick flight though.

Plus: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Minus: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Plus: Aisle seat

Minus: Nothing was complimentary

Plus: The crew was fine. The seats in the A330 are the worst only to be made worse by NO legroom. Very uncomfortable airplane. The flight crew also closes the rear bathroom off during most of the flight, I am assuming so they can use....

Plus: Did not use their services much but the stewards seemed nice.

Minus: Flight was delayed, no entertainment, not many food options for people with certain dietary requirements.

Plus: Consistent SAS quality

Minus: Drinks expensive

Plus: Crew on EWR to ARN was so-so. They lock restrooms at the back because they don't people hanging around the kitchen in the back. Also, the one cabin crew does not say Excuse Me when he needs to pass- he just touches you and pushes you aside Also, the one cabin crew

Minus: Seat was terribl, space tiny, no legroom no air movement, hot the entire trip,

Plus: Crew was nice

Minus: The aisle between seats is too small. There is barely any room for a cart to pass through. If you have any arm out on the aisle arm rest you

Plus: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Minus: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Plus: comfortable seats, quick flight

Minus: in-seat entertainment and a full salami sandwich instead of half for snack

Minus: check in takes 30 minutes since my visa was in old passport

Plus: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Minus: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.
