Plus: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Minus: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Plus: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Minus: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Minus: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Minus: Boarding process and Entertainment options. Availability of Snacks would also been good

Minus: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

Plus: Curtious Crew Fastest flight ever, landed one hour early and had a xtra room to lay down for a good sleep

Minus: The choices of movies

Plus: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Minus: All good up to the level

Minus: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Plus: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Minus: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Plus: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Minus: Nothing

Plus: Crew were excellent

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Minus: No fue posible hacer el check-in con anticipación, me enviaron información sobre el vuelo el mismo día, mientras viajaba en otro vuelo previo por lo que no pude verlo a tiempo y, además, la información que enviaron estaba en alemán (ningún otro idioma!). Casi pierdo el vuelo por la mala información.

Plus: The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled.

Plus: On time

Plus: Smooth experience, no problem.

Plus: Nothing, they cancelled the Trip/Flights

Minus: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Plus: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Minus: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Plus: The plane ✈️ itself the attendants . The entertainment on board. Really great

Minus: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Plus: Seats were comfortable. Entertainment system stopped working part way through

Minus: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Plus: service and timing were great

Minus: Don’t loose the luggage

Minus: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Plus: Got us there safely

Minus: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Minus: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Plus: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Minus: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Plus: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Plus: The steward was nice.

Minus: I needed wheelchair assistance due to a back injury. The person that picked me up at the aircraft from London was terrific, l was taken to the terminal and told that another team member would take me to the aircraft. No one showed up until the aircraft was fully boarded, then he left me at the beginning of the ramp instead of wheeling me to the aircraft. I was very disappointed! I was so disappointed I didn’t wait for a pickup at the airport in Amsterdam. I regret it, because I’m in so much pain!

Plus: Crew was attentive - the service from SJC is much better than SFO - less crowded etc. New 787 and Premium Econ is great.

Plus: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Minus: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Plus: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Minus: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Plus: The crew positive attitude

Minus: We understand the COVID-19 crisis but a drink on board other than water will not have bid cost impact on Air Canada, for instance juice or cola,... Also, access on internet on board is now payable -$25 for the flight is exaggerated, it should be free knowing the limited number of passengers on board

Plus: amazing and great customer service

Plus: Crew was very attentive, and boarding and off-boarding was relatively easy

Minus: The seats were cramped, and hard to get out of when the person in front had their seat tilted back, it felt practically in your lap when you were seated.

Minus: Nothing

Plus: Not one thing about my experience.

Minus: The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!

Minus: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Plus: The plane size & comfort was excellent. The staff were very friendly

Plus: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Minus: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Minus: At least give a glass of water.

Minus: The entertainment choices needs updates and more varieties I believe.

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Plus: The crew was amazing!

Minus: Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed.
