Minus: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Minus: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Minus: It's KLM. What else do you need to know.

Plus: Crew were excellent

Minus: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Plus: The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane.

Minus: I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space.

Plus: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit).

Minus: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time....

Minus: More legroom. And not having to pay for a simple glass of water.

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Plus: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Plus: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Minus: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Plus: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Minus: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Plus: Arrived early, nice bus. Class lounges

Minus: Friendly flight attendants, more comfort . Better food. Faster service

Plus: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Minus: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Minus: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.
