Minus: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Plus: Booked front row seats with great leg room which was comfortable

Minus: N/A

Minus: Made us run from one end of the airport to the opposite end, because they said they had ‘operational difficulties’, causing them to switch gates between two flights. Total baloney, and completely avoidable.

Plus: Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time.

Plus: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Minus: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Plus: The seat was comfortable.

Minus: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Minus: One hour late + operates by an Estonian company

Plus: Flight crew was great. Enough leg room

Minus: Seats that recline

Plus: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Minus: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Minus: much more timely assistance following our missing this flight

Plus: Crew amazing, seats poor

Plus: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Minus: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Minus: Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning

Plus: Seats were comfortable and the crew was great.

Minus: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.

Plus: Great customer service

Minus: The seats are really small. Even for people not considered tall.

Plus: A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily.

Minus: The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)
