Minus: The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor.

Plus: Smooth and faster than expected trip. I felt free to get up and walk around on this long flight. Food was good. I sat in seat with extra leg room for the first time and it was worth it
Minus: I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.

Minus: Bag drop at Gatwick airport was dreadful!! Only one desk for the whole flight to check baggage. I was in line for one hour!!!

Minus: I ordered a flight and a suitcase through the kayak website. I arrived at the airport saying that I had not ordered it. They take a high price at an airport on a suitcase

Minus: We were subjected by desk attendant Ravoni to buy a second suitcase bc he would not allow us to take our personal items. He was impolite and aggressive.

Minus: This was my 2nd international flight with China Eastern Air. Both were delayed out of SFO because they didn't have planes. I missed my connection (even though I had a 4 hour layover)

Plus: The service is phenomenal. They served so many meals i felt like a bear in hibernation, waking up, eating and going back to sleep.

Minus: Plane left 3 hours late for a tire change? Missed connections and had to rent a car. Audio jack didn’t work on tv. Flight attendant was aware of time issues and were going to help me get off plane quick. They didn’t.. Also, why is the 787 so hot? Nice plane but needs air vents. Both times now it was sooo warm in the cabin.
Minus: The LOT ticket counter personnel is in need of some serious professional etiquette re-training. Always displeased expressions on their faces. Hence why alot of their own people opt for other airlines when booking.
Minus: Very poor English for rhe crew. Not all of us speak Polish. Unpleasant crew, like they are doing you a favor.
Plus: Crew was super attentative.
Minus: Nothing, they tried hard to make sure everyone felt they were available to take care of what they needed and when they needed.

Plus: The crew were very pleasant. Real humans; they paid attention to my daughter, gave her toys to play with and were ever so responsive.
Minus: The entertainment system was very unresponsive. Sitting was really cramped.
Minus: On our layover in Munich, we were at our gate, then noticed about 30 minutes prior to boarding that they’d moved us to another gate quite far away, so we hurried to the new gate, only to discover the change was an error, and we had to run back to our original gate. Made it, but annoyed.

Minus: Had to change terminals which took forever, almost missed this flight because the previous one was delayed. They lost my luggage, which didn’t arrive till later at night
Minus: This is the second time I've been doing follow-up flights It's a nightmare you're not professional at all. It's my last flight with you You need to be ashamed you're not just wearing a card to sell I'm going to sue you You give a short follow-up flight. It is impossible to get the flight. You do not update the distance from gate D to gate F I got stuck in the field until the next day without the suitcase and all the people I had arranged with them in Shanghei I could not meet You should be ashamed
Minus: For some reason reps at counter made me to check in my carry-on, thogh the plane was almost emty. Airoflot’s coffe was disgusting! Tasted like regular tap hot water!
Minus: My skis did not arrive in the luggage. Airline company or airport needs to have a better sustem tracking luggage and making sure no items are lost.

Minus: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
Minus: I had a carry on plus a laptop bag. On the website they say you are allowed to carry a personal item such as handbag or a laptop bag along with the carry on piece. This guy at Nagpur airport says the weight of both these combined should be under 15 lbs. are you kidding me?

Plus: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Minus: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Plus: Friendly and efficient crew. Flights were on time if not even early.

Minus: Paid for extra legroom, but very narrow seats not comfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Old plane--could not hear movies and unclear screen. Music sounded OK and choice was good.

Can't be single line for all passengers which creates chaos (people stand in 1 queue for almost an hour to board) 3. Meal option reserved/requested (hindu veg or indian veg) was not correctly honored.

Minus: Very confusing regarding cost of checked bag, traveling with pet. Some airlines give option to select this ala carte on website and this seems most efficient way to make money for airline and make easy for customer. Please try this.
Minus: S7 didn't send any conformation or information about my flight. I missed one of them in order of that.
Plus: They offered drinks for free.
Minus: Could not check bag to final destination. Weird airport setup for tranferring flights, I had to check out of airport completely, and walk to other side of terminal from outside, and check back in. Said it would be 35 minute flight, but there was some mix up with time zone, and it was actually 1 hr 35 minutes.
Plus: Food The flight took less time than promised.
Minus: Boarding was a bit delayed, but otherwise it was ok. I wish there was more legroom, it was not that bad though.

Minus: The food wasn’t good and it would be great if they had pasta or some vegetarian option.
Plus: Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.
Minus: Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed

Plus: It was on one of their newer planes which meant that we had decent comfort and entertainment!
Minus: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.
Plus: 1. Leg space is bigger then on other companies 2. Crew was really affable 3. Free wine
Minus: Meal was not too hearty. Breakfast in Indian style was too spicy for me. May be I should request a special meal on check-in. And one more thing, Helsinki airport is cold for me. I spent e hours in down vest. Be warned.
