Minus: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.

Plus: There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable.

Minus: I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.

Plus: I loved the different features on the screen and the excellent. Customer service on this flights

Minus: The space on the seat.

Minus: Internet speed is weak.

Minus: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Plus: Space, seats, movies.

Minus: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Minus: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Plus: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Minus: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Plus: Very helpful crew. Quick boarding process.

Minus: Not much leg room, or space in seats.

Plus: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Plus: Young crew, with positive attitude and very kind and helpful.

Plus: Crew was very nice

Minus: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Plus: Very polite and helpful crew. Nice selection of movies in-flight

Plus: I like the notice given prior before I get to the airport on regard to a free carry-on check in. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic happy giving me the comfort of a nice travel journey. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Plus: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Minus: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Minus: We understand the COVID-19 crisis but a drink on board other than water will not have bid cost impact on Air Canada, for instance juice or cola,... Also, access on internet on board is now payable -$25 for the flight is exaggerated, it should be free knowing the limited number of passengers on board

Plus: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Minus: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Plus: I didn't end up taking the flight. It was canceled.

Minus: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Minus: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Plus: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Minus: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Plus: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Minus: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Minus: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.
