In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."

And if you didn't order any food or extras, the crew pretty much ignored you like you werent there not good Norwegian Paid extra for baggage-and a lot! Sizes/weighs allowed for baggage is less than American air carriers and they charge you per kg for overage."

I understand that it's a service industry job and dealing with customers/passengers can be difficult at times but it's really unattractive to do it directly in earshot of other customers. The price is great for the flights but I'd really rather not travel Norwegian again because of the attitude of the service team. Really, the worst. The breakfast meal was pretty unsatisfactory. The cold wraps are not appetizing and the juice is just super sugary, kind of garbage quality."

Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair
Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga
They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

They told us we couldn’t get on our flight, then charged us $487 euros to take a different flight and required us to check all our bags! A total scam and they were extremely rude!!"

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

Minus: "Flyget var över 1 timme sent från Barcelona, informationen på flygplatsen var riktigt dålig. När vi sedan kom på flyget var utbudet i mat/snacksväg otroligt magert. Vi fick inte ens någon ordentlig ursäkt eller förklaring till förseningen."
Plus: "Besättning /flygvärdinnor var riktigt bra, trevliga och flexibla. Ryanair passar tiderna."
Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
Minus: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Plus: "The price is very reasonable"
Minus: "You have to be very careful with this airline. Although the price is really inexpensive, if you do NOT follow any of their rules to the letter they charge exorbitant fees that could double your price. Also, the boarding on the tarmac and waiting fior a long time in the sun was miserable. They are constantly trying to sell you things during the flight which is annoying. And not being able to sit together unless you pay more is just plain rude. The many steps up and down to get to the plane with hand carry is hard. I kept thinking if anyone tripped or fell there could be many people badly injured."
Plus: "Simple online check in; short ride; arrived on time."
Minus: "We waited on line for over 30 min before boarding; no food or beverages were offered and the plane was not equipped for in-flight entertainment."
Minus: "Very slow to board, had to walk across tarmac, thin plastic seats that don't recline"
Minus: "Very small space..no basket on seat Staff asked customers for change to give the change that they owed to other customers Couldn't sit with my family due to odd number of seats together Needed entertainment for children"
