Minus: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Minus: "While I was on line to board, a flight assistant came to me and asked me if I was flying by myself. When I said yes. they upgraded me to business class. I boarded the plane and took my seat. Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."
Minus: "The space for each seat was much too small, especially for the long uncomfortable flight. Seats also uncomfortable to sit on."
Plus: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."

Plus: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."

När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

Plus: "I witnessed the flight crew defuse a conflict between two male passengers (that had escalated to shouting and throwing each others belongings out of overhead storage) before we left Frankfurt. A male steward showed he could be professionally stern when backing up a female coworker handling the situation and compassionate when he comforted an elderly woman in distress halfway through the intercontinental flight. The entire crew I interacted with in economy class were professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful."
Minus: "Boarding the entire plane at once was inefficient and caused conflicts over the availability of overhead storage. Obviously this is an airline decision and not a flight specific problem."

I flew in this route a month before, and since then I've been trying to change the seats. Lufthansa customer service never called me back. In fact the web site gave wrong information that there are no meals offered even for the selection of the transatlantic flights. Toll free number calls were put on hold over an hour without success. Eventually chat worked. In the flight segment within Europe they do not even offer water for free. Charging 3 Euros for a small can of water/soda is a rip off."

Jag missade flygplanen fast jag hade 55 mint tills den flyger
There was a good process in place for checking documents at check in..staff were helpful a bit frustrating having to wait to queue for the gate no seats..so not great for older customers or those with kids
Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Minus: "Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,"
Plus: "Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair."

Minus: "Planet var försenat på Malta och ingen information gick ut så vi stod i kö i en och en halv timme utan att få veta vad som var problemet. Avgåendetavlan visade hela tiden "on time" men ingen förklaring till varför vi inte fick gå ombord. Flygvärdinnorna på planet var trevliga men man hörde inte vad de sa i högtalarna för de pratade så sluddrigt och fort. Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."

Minus: "priority passangers can board first, but must wait half an our standing up in the corridor. I do not understand this and what the advantage is. next time, I will wait in the chairs until the last ine, because you already have your seat number."

Minus: "While going through security, Ryan Air misplaced my husband's shoes, which caused us to miss our flight. We then had to paid €100 each to get on a flight to Manchester 2.5 hours later & then we had to take 2 trains from Manchester to Liverpool We missed our tour in Liverpool & had to pay £45 for it anyway."
Minus: "Flight was late by 1 hr"
Plus: "Planet var nästan 3h sent iväg från CRL TILL CPH. Ingen kom och erbjöd mat ett dryck och informerade heller inte oss om våra rättigheter som passagerare på plats."
Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"
Plus: "STAFF ATTITUDE/SUPPORT, PLANE CLEANLINESS. PUNTUALITY."
Minus: "NOTHING SPECIAL TO REPORT."
Minus: "Boarding at Stansted not good. Security took too long. When we arrived at the gate the departure board stated "final call" however the gate hadn't opened yet? No communication as to reason for this delay."
Minus: "We were forced to get on the aircraft when it arrived late, with another 737 taxiing next to it( I know illegal). Then forced to sit on the plane for nearly 3 hours on the ground in heat. Staff were rude and awful. Everything was stupidly expensive, even water!!! When we eventually got to Manchester we had to wait in the plane again for 45minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport. Only one person on passport control. Where our bags were all in a pile on the floor because of some malfunction. Ryanair flights are hell!!"

Minus: "Their website is extremely hard to use. I was unable to pay for my bags online and yet they advertize 25 euros a bag. I was charged 49 euros per bag at the airport.It costs more for your bag than for yourself to fly. I was not the only person in line at the baggage counter who had the same complaint. A family was charged over 300 euros for their luggage and they stated the same complaint that they were unable to pay for their luggage online. They are actually the most expensive way to travel."
Minus: "The rest especially the quick boarding ( 1h30 to wait )"
Plus: "Cheap n cheerful, budget airline."
Minus: "Payed extra for priority boarding to keep our hand luggage with us, seemed a bit chaotic, sure it was just anyone walking on with their cases. Didn't really understand any announcements by cabin crew in the not so good broken English, they speak."
Plus: "I was by myself with a toddler, a pram and 2 hand baggage. down"
Minus: "I thought the would take at least one of them at the gate as usual and I asked if they could help with pram and they said NO! It was a nightmare I had to go down a lot stairs. The only person that helped me it was an old lady! This is a rubbish service I won’t reccomend to anyone with kids!"

Minus: "Airport FKB is the worst choice. Over 60 minutes for Bagage delivery while there were only 2 aircrafts."

Minus: "They wouldn't let us check our bags, then wouldn't let us onto the flight because the bags were too big. Very disappointed."
