The connecting flight was cancelled and there was not a way to get to the SAS flight. SAS has NO customer service available on the weekends. Very disappointed. Now trying to get a refund.

I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.
Worst airline I’ve ever flown with. My first flight got delayed so I missed my connection. There was no one to help direct where I was supposed to go and how I was supposed to get a new boarding pass. All in all, I missed another flight because of mismanagement. I’ve never spent more time waiting than being on a plane. SAS has accomplished the impossible.
I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga
pga av en av våra resenärer var under 17 kunde hon inte checka in via nätet och när vi kom till flygplatsen måste vi betala för att få boarding kort, dåligt!!! Mycket försenat flyg och en person vid gaten, dåligt !!!
They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.
Be more flexible and resonable in these crazy pandemic times ... the only thing that matters to you is money money money ... so sad and pathetic

Otroligt dålig flygbolag , dolda avgifter man var tvungen att betala på flygplatsen och väldigt osmidig ombordstigning. Rekommenderar verkligen inte ryanair

Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"

Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."
Plus: "Easy boarding, plane looked clean, crew all smart and genuine smiles. The bonus is we arrived early and their were no Benidorm p..s artists on board. Excellent."
Minus: "Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."
Plus: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Minus: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Minus: "I disliked the lack of information about the delays, the poor facilities and extremely rude staff. It’s understandable that they’ve been working all day, but unfortunately this is the job they chose and I am paying for service of which I should be satisfied with."

Minus: "Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

Minus: "We were in the line which went along smoothly until we were just a few people before being served. There was a couple that had issues and the entire line of people including me had to wait in a standstill for 30 minutes. It made me run to my closed gate but did get on. The solution is to have a counter they could have moved to just for big issues rather than hold up 50 people. So sort of plan B for big problem flyers. It was lame. Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."

Minus: "You have to be very careful with this airline. Although the price is really inexpensive, if you do NOT follow any of their rules to the letter they charge exorbitant fees that could double your price. Also, the boarding on the tarmac and waiting fior a long time in the sun was miserable. They are constantly trying to sell you things during the flight which is annoying. And not being able to sit together unless you pay more is just plain rude. The many steps up and down to get to the plane with hand carry is hard. I kept thinking if anyone tripped or fell there could be many people badly injured."
Plus: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."
Plus: "I was very disappointed with checking in because I wasn't informed about checking in online. I had to pay an additional €150 and it's sad that you have to find ways to make extra money on us passenger's. Your rates are low but the extra fees cost more than the airfare. then when were ready to board they said my carry on was too big, which it was not and the stewardess wanted to charge us extra fee but when she realizes that it wasn't too big she still wanted to take our luggage because there was no room on the plane. In fact we got on the plane and there was plenty of room for our carry on I am hoping that Ryanair will do the right thing and reimburse us the extra 150 we were charged for not doing the online check-in that once again I was not aware of because I never received an email or a text as she stated I should have received. This is NOT right how you have low rates then we are forced to pay all the extras."
Minus: "I don't like how Ryanair charges a low fee but then adds all these extra fees because you didn't check-in on LINE etc. Snack or beverage was never offered and your hostess were NOT at all friendly."
