När vi frågar personalen vad som händer så säger de att väskorna skall lastas framtill i planet. DE LJUGER!! planet stänger dörrarna, vi startar och flyger. När vi landar så berättar de att bagaget inte kom med. utan väskor så åker vår grupp till hotellet. Det hemska var att besättningen ljög istället för att berätta och informera på ett bra sätt. Väskorna kördes ut och kom efter midnatt."

However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Minus: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."

I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight."

Minus: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"

Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Respektera kundens tid och pengar . Vi förlylade pangar för buss som vi hade bokat för att allt är försenad och ni bry sig inte att kunderna behöver kanske åka vidare nästan 150km med barn hem från flygplatsen.
Sämsta jävla service ever på planet. Spaniens svar på Adam Sandler var både otrevlig och sämst manliga flygvärdinna jag träffat. 1t ochv30 min för att få beställa nått att dricka. Sen att man sitter som packade sillar är väll det man får räkna med på Ryanair
Mat delas inte ut på Ryanair så det bör finnas ett alternativ för detta i frågeställningen. Värsta med ryanair är väl egentligen merkostnaderna som uppstår. Jag ska resa med 2 barn. gratis incheckningen öppnar någon timme innan flyget. Alternativen jag har är att betala för tidig incheck och val av platser eller köra på gratis incheck och få slumpmässigt valda platser. Chanserna att jag får sitta med mina små pojkar är ganska slim. Att resa ensam är inga problem men med sällskap bör man välja bort Ryanair

Två timmar försenat flyg, besättningen var arga
They really do what ever in their power to sqweeze out every euro they can. First the website had tagged my son incorrectly as an adult, and in that denying me the ability to check him in with his proper DOB. So we tought we could check in at the counter, we where there more than 2h before the flight but we came to the counter 1h and 59 min before the flight. The attendand then informed us that we where 1 min late and that she would require us to pay 30€ each to check in. If I hadn't disputed this with the service desk it would have cost us 120€ extra! I won´t be flying with Ryan Air again.

Minus: "Received emails about baggage, the policy stated that any cabin baggage beyond 1 would be checked for FREE in the hold. My wife and I both arrived with a small carry-on bag and a backpack. Upon arrival to Lisbon the attendant told us we needed to pay40euro each for the extra bag because it was slightly bigger than the bag “tester” box. (It fit sideways but not long ways). We showed the email about the free checked bag and she said because it was too big we had to pay 40 euro each. After a while we agreed. She then told us just to go to the gate, it would be ok. At the gate we had the same conversation with a different attendendent, this time it was 50 euro a piece! She said there was nothing she could do and just like that we are out 100 Euro. Do not fly with these Crooks!"

Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

Minus: "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."

I suppose this was done on purpose so that people start buying specific sits, but I don't agree with the method. Finally, the plane was really hot as usual (aircon poorly working)."
