I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."

Minus: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Minus: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"
Minus: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."
Minus: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"
Minus: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."
Minus: "I needed to cancel the flight a month before, and I got no refund"
Minus: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."
Minus: "Expensive tickets but no complimentary beverages and snacks for a 2 hour flight, overpriced snacks in the flight cafe. 3H delay!!!! with no understandable explanation in English and no explanation in Latvian from the captain - airBaltic is a Latvian airline! Other airlines use two languages - national and English"

Minus: "We got disembarked from the aircraft for technical reasons, then they towed the same aircraft to the next gate and off we were. Delay almost two hours."

Plus: "The equipment used for the trip to latvia. the cs300 was superb and I enjoyed my seat. It was comfortable. The boarding was quick and efficient. spacious and quite lovely. the food was ok . i enjoyed the grilled pork."
Minus: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."

Minus: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."
Minus: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"
Plus: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Minus: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."
Plus: "The flights were on time, and the Riga airport was efficient."
Minus: "The planes seemed very old and rickety. One was an old propeller plane that looked like it had a large patch. The second plane was so old that It was very difficult to open the overhead storage compartments. Both planes rocked side to side during takeoff and landing. I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

Minus: "I didn't like anything about AirBaltic and will never fly with them again!!! If you can avoid them, do yourself the favor and do so. They forced me to check in my bag at the gate claiming that my luggage was too large to be a carry-on, even though I have traveled the world with the same carry-on and the person at the check in counter did not mention anything about the size of my carry-on when I checked in for this flight. This seemed like a stupid pathetic scheme to get more money from their customers. The in flight experience proceeded to be even more pathetic: they don't even serve you water, you have to purchase even such "luxury". What kind of airline doesn't even offer free water to their customers??? It is simply called a human courtesy! This was by far the most pathetic airline business I have ever come across."
