Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Minus: Boarding process could have been smoother

Plus: A350, very comfortable and quiet. Good crew and pleasant flight

Minus: This my second flight with this shit agency, i paid for baggage for both flight but the airline inform me that my agency didn’t buy ticket with baggage. I tried to contact with them but impossible. And I paid more in the airport just for fucking 16kg bag. If kayak didn’t fix this problem it will be last time with you.

Minus: hot plane smells fuel old plane no drinks no food

Plus: Not much. HORRIBLE airline. Would never fly you again.

Minus: Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.

Minus: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Plus: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Minus: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Plus: Loved the smooth ride.

Minus: Bathroom was pretty nasty

Minus: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Plus: The crew was awesome u almost missed the flight but they really helped out.

Minus: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Minus: Försrnad start från Arlanda gjorde att man knappt han med nästa flyg. Det som inte funkar då är att bagaget kom inte med andra flyg. Sitter man här i Prague utan ombyte och vinterjacka som checkades in med väskan eftersom man blev ombed at på grund av fullsatt plan checka in sitt handbagage vid gaten innan man skulle kliva ombord. Ingen direkt ursäkt och inte det minsta fundering om att erbjudas möjlighet att anskaffa någon vinter jacka. Inte bra.

Plus: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Minus: This was my first trip to Europe and I was a bit nervous about the experience, I've been on plenty of planes, however, about nothing like this. Norwegian Airlines is the worst experience I have ever had on a plane or any mode of transportation. We were running to the terminal because they only announced that they had last call,and we were eating. When we got there, they pulled my fiancee aside to weigh her bags (mind you this is about 5 mins before the plane is about the leave). I'm waiting inside of the airway for her and they spot me and pull me back out to weigh my bag. The guy was shady, he pulled on my bag as it was on the hand scale and said it was 3 kg overweight. I told him it's not, I weighed it myself, so he weighs it again and say "sorry, I meant it is 4kg overweight" he said that it is 15 dollars per kg, unless I want to leave stuff here. I looked at him and he just stared at me until I gave him my credit card. $60!! That's ridiculous, especially considering I bought a hand weight just for this occasion. My fiancee had to pay $90!! And just to top it off, they wouldn't give her passport, she had to ask for it back. Also, if you dont purchase a food plan before hand you have to buy it on the plan. They dont even offer peanuts. This airline will nickel and dime you for everything. Better off with another airline if you are traveling abroad. You'll end up paying the same, but will have better service. Never again will I fly Norwegian

Plus: Super seats for the price

Plus: The staff on the airplane was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Minus: all the boarding and ticket agents were less then helpful and made me check a bag that has always fit on international flights. $100 later and no explanation as to why I had to check it. Gate agents were rude and couldn't answer basic questions.

Plus: Crew was good, food and drink good

Minus: I do not like how you can’t check in online and choose seat assignment. I paid way too much for premium seating to be stuck between 2 bickering family members for 9 hours with no options.

Plus: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Minus: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Minus: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Minus: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Minus: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.

Plus: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Minus: I honestly don’t have an answer for this, I guess these kind of crew should not on board especially in first class!

Minus: no peanuts?

Plus: Crew was good, especially from Beijing to Copenhagen

Plus: Seat was comfortable. Entertainment was great. The service by the crew was great.

Minus: It would have been nice if the armrest went as far back as the seat. Flying with my partner, she doesn’t sleep well on planes unless she can completely lean on me. The armrest between our seats only retracted to the upright seat level.

Minus: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Plus: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Minus: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.
