Minus: "I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."
Plus: "We didn’t have assigned seats, we tried to pick the night before. Anyway they sat us very near each other. It was a nice flight."

Minus: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."
Plus: "One positive point. The boarding went well. The flight took off before schedule and arrived ahead of schedule."
Minus: "Cramped seating. Flight attendants hardly seen (they are busy trying to sell stuff). Not a glass of water, if you get thirsty it's 3 euros for a small bottle. You get what you pay for..."

Minus: "It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"
Plus: "Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre."

Minus: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

Minus: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Plus: "I was happy to see that I had a huge amount of leg room on both of the flight legs! - Very comfortable"
Plus: "The food somewhat but I couldnt enjoy it when everyone else seated where I was had better food and I couldnt have the better food because I had to order it...something that was never mentioned if it was atleast by email I wouldve ordered. Swiss airlines have emails to give you options on entertainment and everything else...follow their lead"
Minus: "The flight attendants were rude and moody like they didnt want to be there and took it out on the people they were suppose to give service to. One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Minus: "I ordered kosher meals and asked at the gate if the kitchen sher meal was ordered... they said yes but in the flight they didn't have it registered."

Minus: "I used this airline for my round trip travel to Africa, and it was not a pleasant experience, the door was horrible and it didn't help that we were served the same thing throughout. Boarding from Cameroon was a nightmare, very disrespectful agents with a lack of customer service skills and they truelly don't care. Don't see myself using this airline in the future."
