Plus: Crew was a top notch, very focused and carrying. I am loyal lufthansa fan and been flying with them with more than 20 years.

Minus: Guys, we need to do something with these outdated business class seats, infotainment system. Omg, last century, movie selection bottom poor :( We are always playing catch up game in terms of interior. How long it took you to offer padding & decent blankets in business.

Minus: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Plus: The flight was on time and fairly clean.

Minus: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Plus: Nothing

Minus: Time schedule Better customer services

Plus: Entertainment was great, excellent movie selections, and games.

Minus: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Plus: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Minus: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Plus: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Minus: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child

Minus: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plus: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Minus: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Minus: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Minus: Don’t loose the luggage

Minus: The boarding process: everyone crowds into the line without regard of the grouping.

Minus: Legroom

Plus: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Minus: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Minus: Late as always

Plus: Friendly crew

Minus: We were delayed about 40 minutes due to air traffic. It appears they knew that, and we could have waited in the air conditioned terminal, rather than on the plane. And, I could have informed my Niece I would be arriving late, but I had no Wifi.

Minus: Food should be much better than this. Otherwise everything is ok.

Plus: Although economy, it was pleasant and okay

Minus: I bought a business ticket but flew in economy from Tel Aviv to Vienna. I knew about it but the ticket cost was still high.

Plus: Just in time take of and landing, staff friendliness

Minus: Snack

Minus: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Plus: The crew reacted good to the change of plane

Minus: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Minus: Boarding was awful

Plus: Flight attendants were nice

Plus: Seat reassignment went well. Lounge was a pleasant surprise (highly recommend if you fly out of / through Helsinki)

Minus: It makes little sense to be on a priority boarding, when you are checked-in, documents checked and …… then wait for 20 or so minutes standing on your feet waiting for actual boarding to begin

Plus: the seating was very uncomfortable i barely had any leg room

Minus: Dont go on economy its not good espically fir being the main airline for spain its not really that good compared to other airways for example british airways

Plus: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Plus: Great you provide ways to keep busy on the plane for long flights!

Minus: Something needs to be done about carry on baggage. On this flight alone, I counted 80+ people who had to pay for carry on luggage because it also included our backpacks. There were a lot of angry people. Paying $85 for my carry on that alone didn’t weigh 10kg was ridiculous. I’ll be looking into other airlines for my future trips.

Minus: Letting me check in after my connecting flight on Iberia. I was there 1 hour before take off and the flight was closed for check ins. You cost me $500 extra dollars. It’s unacceptable and should have never been sold the flight on kiwi if your rules didn’t support me boarding the flight. I feel robed

Minus: Water should be free on the flight

Minus: Online check in could be available immediately. I don't want to waste long time just for check in when I don't have luggages to pay. You could save time too many people.

Minus: Ryan Air is like a city bus for air travel. There are no luxuries. You get what you pay for.

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Plus: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Minus: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Minus: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Minus: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Plus: Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight.

Minus: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Plus: Great staff , amazing dinner, and the entertainment screen size was best

Minus: Seats could be a little bigger

Minus: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Minus: Not waiting in the cold for 15minutes before boarding the plane

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plus: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Minus: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices
