Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Plus: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Minus: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Plus: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Minus: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Plus: Smooth flight from Copenhagen to Berlin - uneventful which is good. They even offered free coffee and tea.

Plus: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Minus: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Minus: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Minus: The seats are uncomfortable, no leg room, no space between seats and the trays hit ones’s stomach. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The food was awful. Overheated and not cooked through at the same time. Breakfast was odd. Non-Greek yoghurt and cashews. Just strange.

Plus: Both crews from JFK to HEL and HEL to JFK were great. Very attentive and accommodating.

Minus: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Plus: Kudos to the employees who really tried to help rather than pay mere lip service.

Minus: The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?

Minus: The audio jack of the movie is not good It's on & off seems loose

Minus: The way we board feels very classist.

Minus: The seats lack cushion so a 7 hour flight gets quite painfully after a while

Minus: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Minus: This airline is borderline budget airline even in business class.

Plus: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Plus: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Plus: Arlanda airport is quiet and fast. Security line took less than 5 minutes. The terminal was quiet and had a good place to lie down and take a nap. I did not feel anxious or tense like I always do in US airports. SAS is a great airline with pleasant crew and decent food. (Great food by airline standards.) Entertainment is great too -- lots of free movies on the built-in screen. My only complaint is that the airplane wifi wasn't free.

Minus: Not sure why they only have like 20 movies, most of which are not good. Delta has hundreds of movies to choose from. Old and new. When entertainment is included in the high price of these long haul trips, it helps to have a semi-decent selection.

Minus: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Minus: They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown
