Plus: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Plus: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Minus: I honestly don’t have an answer for this, I guess these kind of crew should not on board especially in first class!

Plus: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Minus: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Plus: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Minus: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Plus: The crew were excellent and seats were comfy.

Minus: Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.

Minus: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Plus: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Minus: Everything was fine... I should have packed a snack because I’m always hungry! Will travel Delta again!

Minus: I almost lost my flight because of a delay issue, I literally had to run more than 2KM, electrical outlet was not working on business class, a bit disappointing;(

Plus: The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance.

Minus: The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything.

Plus: Crew was amazing, service was super attentive. Plane was new with plenty of space. P

Minus: Really exceeded my expectations for a short haul flight. Kudos to Aeroflot!

Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. The trip ended up costing me $285 more than what I budgeted and there was zero customer ser

Minus: More water, drinks. The food was absolutely horrible.

Minus: Food not great. Seats in economy cramped.

Plus: Timeliness, professional staff and crew

Minus: Less cramped airplane: there is nothing wrong with the plane itself but every time I have travelled this route the plane has been completely full (this time it was even oversold) so a bigger plane would help

Plus: Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane.

Minus: We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food.

Minus: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Minus: Not being able to choose my seat on a 500€ return flight is a joke.

Plus: Nothing

Minus: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.

Minus: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Minus: Boarding process and Entertainment options. Availability of Snacks would also been good

Minus: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems. I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Minus: Flight was late, very little communication, hot and uncomfortable and slow, and everyone missed their connections.

Plus: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Minus: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Minus: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Plus: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Plus: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Minus: Only the other trip by air with Finair

Plus: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Plus: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Minus: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Minus: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Minus: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Plus: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Minus: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy
