Plus: The crew. The punctuality.

Plus: Nothing

Minus: Flight delayed for one hour which caused us to miss our train. We had the longest check-in queue in the world although we have already checked in online and had our boarding passes in advance. Snack on board was a poor piece of biscuits

Plus: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Minus: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Minus: Thank you

Plus: Overall Austrian was fine. Smaller plane and people were professional.

Minus: Certainly don’t expect the luxury of SE Asian or Middle Eastern airlines

Plus: Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew.

Minus: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway.

Minus: Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience.

Plus: Short flight everything worked out.

Minus: Plane was delayed

Plus: From Toronto to Warsaw we flew with Air Belgium even though we paid a ticket for Polish Airlines and everything was horrible. We waited an hour without any explanation before boarding and another hour and half after boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and there was no leg room. Flight from Warsaw to Belgrade was a lot better, however 2 out of my 3 luggages were lost. Crew on both flights were lovely.

Minus: Everything.

Plus: Crew. seat. Quality of flight

Minus: Just keep as is

Plus: They are affordable

Minus: They have no entertainment and bad food

Plus: I like arriving to my destination. Late but arrived

Minus: A smile

Minus: they charged  me €102 for my carry on? This all what I carry !! I should have  0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled  3 trip with the same bag with your Airline  *(canada to Kiev  . Kiev to Cyprus  . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged  me or give me any complain  Is that new way to get money  from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and

Minus: The seats are not comfortable.

Minus: The seats are non-comfortable; no complimentary water; the company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage and for each duty-free bag even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Plus: They didnt loose my luggage.

Minus: Flight was delayed 5 hours very unfriendly crew and no one gave information out. Cold and uncaring best describes everybody involved.

Minus: Lost my luggage for 5 days. No private seat movie entertainment.

Plus: Liked the blanket, the nice leather seats. I enjoyed the chicken actually and the breakfast roll.

Minus: This is something that has happened to me on every flight/airline I have taken to India. I am sat next to some slightly older Indian nationals who I find inconsiderate. This again happened on this flight, the 'gent' next to me continually elbowed his way into my space, kicked me, fidgeted, pushed against me continually. when I asked him to stop kicking me and to move his feet back to under the seat in front of me, he tried to silence me as if I shouldn't be talking to him like that or that I had no right to be annoyed. I was in pain, couldn't sleep. He encroached into my space so that he could give his wife lots of space. Selfish. I do feel it's a cultural thing. It doesn't happen to me when I fly to other destinations and travel economy. I didn't feel safe at the end of the flight when it was taxing to the bay. Passengers turned on their phones the minute we hit the tarmac and were opening the overhead lockers and left them open even the plane was still moving at speed. I thought things were going to come crashing out. It just doens't feel save and controllled when fellow passengers do not follow instructions. I worry what would happen if there was an emergency.
