Minus: The check in was not opened on time The bordibg was not possible on time
Plus: On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding
Minus: My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet.
Minus: Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day.
Plus: I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!
Minus: That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information.
Plus: Nothing really
Minus: The staff took ages boarding us because they were obsessed with trying to scalp people for exceeding baggage limits. Nothing free aboard, no entertainment, the seats were uncomfortable too.
Minus: Be prepared, that overhead bins for hand luggage are very small on this plane
Minus: They keep the cabin too hot! I was uncomfortably warm for the entire 9hr flight. And there were no personal airvents to mitigate this problem.
Plus: Crew was excellent. Seat was very tight (middle section, middle seat)
Plus: Crew were Great.
Minus: Warsaw airport repeats Security screening. Redundant, I don’t know all the international airports, but I know there are others who don’t do this.

Plus: Plane was great, crew was wonderful and helpful. Navigating the Oslo airport is very quick, easy and clean!
Minus: Stuck on the JFK runway for 30 mins before we were able to deport. After going through customs, needed to wait 15-20 mins until baggage claim had a carousel with our flight's baggage, but then baggage came quickly off the carousel.
Plus: Pilot amazing, crew pleasant
Minus: They didn’t let anyone check in online. So there was a huge line of people all trying to check in at one time and caused a problem for other ticket desks in the area. If they just let you check in online like every other airline it would have been more seamless and saved everyone a lot of time.
Plus: Modernt flygplan och WiFi på planet. Snabbt ombordstigning.

Plus: Good service overall, the ground crew was very helpful and friendly

Minus: Overhead space on plane was very limited.
Plus: Very punctual and easy. Very friendly crew.
Minus: The seats feel small both in width and in leg room. Online check in did not work properly--I got a message that I was put on the stand-by list.
Plus: I read about Rhodes island from the inflight magazine and it was interesting. The check in staff was friendly and gave me some tips on booking too.
Minus: Smooth check in and people were orderly. Pleasant experience.
Plus: Everyone was super nice, just a bad system.
Minus: My ticket included a bag, but they charged me for it again at the airport. I sent in supporting docs to the feed back section on the website requesting a refund for the extra I have paid
Plus: Could not fly due to medical reason and any all the info to last minute. It lasted 13 days and finally got only a refund of taxes. I’ll never use them again and make sure to book with Kayak as I used too.
Minus: the connecting flight was missed because of a delay in the first flight. i got a different flight with a different airline (sas), they were not informed that i paid extra weight and window seat. i am very unhappy! not to mention that the whole purpuise of my trip is gone, because i a will arrive to copenhagen five hours late for the meeting i was supposed to hold with my fans! i will never fly with egean again!
Minus: They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!
Plus: Flight was short and sweet, no problems to report.
Plus: Newer plane.
Minus: The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it.
Plus: Did not have food, so not able to rate that. Comfortable for sure! Plane ain't that big and one side had only 2 seats next to each other.
Minus: would not check my bag to final destination
Minus: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!
Minus: They charged about $230 to convey my skis, compared to about $80 for the first bag. This is such ab unexpectedly big difference as to be a trap. Swiss Air are, in my opinion, con artists. Do not fly with them.
Plus: The movie
Minus: More space! The crew could have been nicer
Minus: Check in was annoying in Paris as we had to go to ticket counter, and then go to a different counter to pay for luggage. Annoyed in the first place to have to pay for 2 checked bags on international flight, but to have to go into three separate lines in order to do so was pouring salt into a wound.
Plus: A nice crew n my seat next to me was empty so I can sleep well...
Minus: Maybe give every passenger a bottle of water...

Minus: Flight was delayed bc of Pakistan air space so I had to take 3 planes instead of 2
Minus: I checked bags asking “is the baggage delivery fast at Frankfurt”. “Much taste than Edinburgh” was the reply (Edinburgh is reeeeaaaaallllly slow). Sadly Frankfurt too is slow.
Plus: The flight was on time.
Minus: One of the flight attendance made hand gestures indicating eating when I asked him to repeat the dinner choices. That was very rude.
Plus: Nice to have more legroom, crew was egficient and accomodating, they treated a sick passanger in the row in front of me with great empathy and professionalism.
Minus: Los Angeles to Frankfurt on an A380 was great. Flight to Tel Aviv was good. But trying to navigate around Frankfurt was very difficult.
Plus: 1. My luggage did not arrive and in the best case scenario will make 2 days later. They told me on this connection it was a normal occurance. 2. The plane was extremely old.
Minus: Get a newer plane, make sure luggage arrives on time.
Plus: Flight was on time.

Minus: I was slapped with a payment for baggage without knowing about it. I had gotten round trip tickets through kayak and for some reason one trip was allowed baggage but trip back was not. Tried to work it out but somehow kayak booked me for a round trip with bags going out but no bags coming in.
Minus: they want to take extra money because i had a small bag from Duty free!!!!
Plus: On time flights both directions
Minus: Excessive baggage charges (40-60 euro each way per bag), so buy the ticket that includes the baggage
Plus: Departed and arrived on time despite boarding chaos.

Plus: Leaving more or less on time serving food & beverages on a low cost flight Even though I didnt eat (carb free, there were'nt any friut or vegtebles) yet the idea was thoughtfull.

Minus: The actual flight was good, but to try and check in on line is murder..the website needs a totally new revamp, both to & from Larnaca I was unable to check in on line. You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up.
Plus: Flight was delay by 1 hour consequently my luggage did Ot arrive with me to Katowice on top of that there is no more flights today from waw to kat with lot Airline
Minus: Serive to pay extra luggage very very slow

Minus: delay of more than 6 hours and incorrect information
Plus: Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier.
Minus: Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats.
Plus: Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc.
Plus: The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous.
Minus: The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work.
Plus: I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice.
Minus: I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process.
Plus: The seats was more comfortable large,
Minus: The coffee is not good,
Plus: the food was delicious and the flight was smooth, the crew was friendly
Minus: navigation for the tv was extremely difficult. They also took a long time to pick up al the food trays on this flight
Minus: Entertainment needs to improve. there is poor movie selection and the screens are outdated. Touchscreens don’t work very well, movie selection is old. This is a 10+ hour flight please improve entertainment.
Plus: Nothing, we were two hours delayed and my baggage was lost.

Minus: They do not offer liquor in an international flight. Long wait for baggage at SVO. Entertainment service has poor usability.

Minus: The coldest plane ever! Using my outdoor jacket and still cold! No ac on but very cold! I think is because they are renting blankets at $5 - ridiculous. Food: nothing! If you prepay then you get meals, water and coffee, if not you’re ignored! You can order from the snack bar at $3 a water!
Plus: Crew was lovely
Minus: I didn’t understand the booking process and that you have to pay for everything separately (choosing seats, luggage, boarding class, etc). I will be a better consumer now.
Plus: Service, smiling and attention to details.
Minus: No kosher food.
Minus: Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all.

Minus: They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset

Minus: The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive.
Minus: With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much

Plus: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.

Plus: It was better with the earache, plane felt cleaner, the crew was more friendly and attentive. Didn't feel as dark as the first flight.
Minus: The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like.

Minus: Almost everything can be improved! The crew was trying to be helpful but obviously lacked the proper training, the seats are ergonomically incorrect, breakfast did not exist- I had to get a horrible lunch sandwich at 7 am, and the “complimentary water” consists of a gulp in a tiny half filled cup.

Minus: Toronto airport disappointing. We arrived one hour esrly, but the gate the toronto airport told us to go to was broken so we had to wait for over one hour on the plane. Then the plane was moved aside and we walked to the bus that drove us to the airport. No luggage information given airport Toronto
