Mycket förseningar. Bananbrödet ombord var dock extremt gott!

Det fanns Ingen veg mat eller våtservetter.. men fick sitta exit row och dricka vin så helt ok ändå men var rätt hungrig.

Nice flight but from Entebbe to Amsterdam they didn’t get me what I requested for the baby.

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

The check in operator

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.

The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Minus: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
Plus: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Minus: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."

Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

This is how they worked it...They try to board multiple flights off the same counters. You stand in line for 1 hour and no movement happens- literally!?Then, since the next flight is about to be delayed - they announce for you to stampede forward, to make your flight. Then the process actually begins and 20min later and some bureaucracy on extra luggage you get your pass. Then you run through passport control and security, exhausted and frustrated (as was everyone else). Etihad should instruct Serbian Airlines in which they invested, how a plane (s) are to be boarded. After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

The Food menu was horrible for Non Veg. The flight infotainment system was down for the full flight. There was no Non Veg food for everyone. I had to have 2 vegetarian meals due to that. I will never take this airlines again

Liked nothing. Originating flight from VCE was cancelled so this flight never happened.

Bordering not helpfully, Airplane like a Bus. 5 hours flight, not free services.

I transited through LHR on my way to and from Lisbon Portugal (Oct 27 & Nov 6). There were several challenges to add files and complete the Passenger Locator Form at home/hotel and at the airport counters. This presented further challenges to those without smart phones, charged devices or unable to access the internet. This was neither a user-friendly nor an intuitive process. Please consider sharing data with the airline(s) to facilitate this process and further simply the process for those in transit. Check in took almost 1.5 hours and a near-missed flight.

Minus: "The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster."

Flight attend were indifferent to passengers and actually held their chlorine with the foolish shopping cart when we tried to make it to the rest room. Unpleasant at best. Oh, and there was no entertainment at all on the 767 we had unless you count the magazine. Sorry BA, you have some work to do."

I had a long flight to London from Delhi already so I was too tired to immediately realize what he had done. It only occurred to me when I boarded the flight. I had booked a premium seat in advance and had paid $175 extra for it. He basically moved me to a regular economy seat at the back without asking me or refunding me. That's fraud."

Ten hours is a long time without the screen. Also they were out of meal choices by the time she got to our row and the chicken dish that was left was inedible."

2 and a half hours late due to a problem with the engine. we had to get off the plane, wait for them to find us a new one, and then reboard.

Transavia flight was ok but I regret that kiwi illegally checked me in. They, for instance, answered security question for me and were not allowed to do so.

Transavia sent an email Where they explained they had to hire a mini plane with crew to serve us , the crew was rude , and un prepared , they splashed sparkling water all over me and two roads , no apology or nothing just 2 napkins , I paid to bring a horas my hand luggage that was refused and put it with the check inn luggage I snapped several videos of the poor and uncomfortable situations we lived and will post it later on my social media to warn people about it , and will contact the customer services at the airline so they know about it

This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

The whole experience has made me decide to never use them ever again."
