Minus: The flight was delayed 40min So i missed the connection in Leipzig

Plus: On time flight and friendly staff

Plus: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.

Minus: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.

Plus: The plane was an airbus, nothing to rave about nothing also to complain about. It got us there safely and relatively speaking on time after a later inbound arrival.

Minus: The process of check in was terrible could not do so on line at least in Berlin. It is possible elsewhere in the system. Long and slow line for check in and then long and slow line for passport control and security, but we survived it. Advice is arrive early, you will need the time.

Plus: Comfy and clean

Plus: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Minus: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Minus: Not mentioned that in Munich I had to change terminal and pass again on security check. If I would have bought some bottles in Vilnius or Riga duty free, I would have had problems

Minus: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.

Plus: All fine

Minus: Flight delayed 2 hours

Plus: We made it safely to our destination.

Minus: There was no WiFi. Comfier seats or at least a pillow and blanket.

Plus: Crew was polite and helpful

Minus: Long boarding time. Pasengers with huge bags as hand luggage. This should be controled.

Plus: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Minus: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Plus: Great crew

Minus: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Plus: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Minus: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Plus: Again staff was very friendly and helpful.

Minus: That since it was a shorter flight no tvs.

Plus: Nice folks

Minus: Economy is not very comfortable and still expensive. Espescially when the person in front lowers their seat.

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plus: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Minus: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Plus: I didn’t die in a fiery crash.

Minus: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Plus: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Minus: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Plus: It was ahead of schedule

Minus: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Plus: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Minus: Nothing.

Plus: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Minus: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Minus: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Minus: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Plus: Fantastiskt bemanningsvänligt underhållande sätt ett bra flygbolag

Minus: Other passengers were drinking a lot of beer and congregating in the aisles and being loud and disturbing.

Plus: Great in flight service

Plus: Price was good

Minus: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Plus: Fast boarding, crew was able to help

Plus: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Minus: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Minus: Delayed by an hour.

Minus: Online check-in was very messy - not available. After contacting the phone support, it was possible.

Minus: Flight keft 35 min kate and boarfing was very slow and disorganized

Minus: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.

Minus: The entertainment choices needs updates and more varieties I believe.
