Minus: Space between the seats.

Plus: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Minus: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Plus: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Minus: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Plus: Price of ticket

Minus: Seats are terrible.

Minus: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Minus: 1 hour late boarding, 20 min. Waiting outside in cold to get into the airplane and then 30 min. Circling around the city before landing

Plus: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Minus: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Minus: Delayed by an hour.

Plus: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Plus: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Plus: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Minus: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Plus: No issues - everything went smoothly

Minus: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Plus: Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful.

Minus: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.

Minus: Application instruction on baggage hande king and que to boarding.

Minus: Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!

Minus: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plus: Very quick. Great service

Plus: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Minus: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Plus: Prices on in flight purchases

Minus: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...

Minus: Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t.

Plus: I like the extremely low price of the ticket.

Minus: The seats need to be more comfortable.

Minus: Not worth trying to choose seats. Computer still seems to allocate at random. Unless travelling with small children just go with the flow for 2 hours or so.
