Plus: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.

Plus: Very good airport check-in and flight. The Check-in staff were quick and efficient and the Flight Crew were friendly and attentive. It was calm and restful.
Minus: The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!

Minus: Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe.
Minus: My flight was overbooked so I was put on a flight to Almaty then Delhi and now my luggage is lost. I will never fly with Ukraine Intl. Airlines again.
Plus: The service quality and client treatment of Ukranian Intl Air has improved a lot compared to my last trip with them.
Plus: Excellent crew service. Smaller aircraft so not as comfortable but OK for a short flight.
Minus: Unfortunately, due to queue for anti-icing we were delayed.
Minus: It's harassing a student International passenger at the boarding gate just for a small size bag . They did not allow to take the bag or pay cash or even debit card. she is student and does not have credit card,had to throw the bag and take goods in poly bag . It's ridiculous frustrating & adamant

Minus: Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day.
Plus: Everything went to plan and we were very happy

Minus: Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not...
Plus: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing
Plus: Economy comfort was very nice, food decent, plenty of toilets to avoid overcrowding, and good entertainment selection.
Plus: They considered my reguest of vegiterian food.
Minus: I have no complaints.
Plus: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Minus: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Minus: The flight was cancelled and had to be rerouted on United Airlines.
Minus: 1 hour + Late departure both from Copenhagen and from the connection in Instanbul
Minus: The flight times and layovers, especially the 10 hours in Istanbul airport. Buying your food on the plane was way over priced for what you get, and the quality. There was not enough change in the variety posted currency of the menu.
Minus: On my flight, passengers were rude to the extent that a fist fight broke out and cursing amongst everyone occurred.

Minus: The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space.
Plus: I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again.
Minus: Not possible for online check-in
Minus: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Plus: Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.
Minus: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!

Minus: My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
Minus: Delayed boarding, crew very friendly, polite
Plus: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.
Minus: Food was good, not great. Seats when flat are quite hard.

Minus: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Minus: Plane could use a deep clean. Entertainment choices were limited in terms of latest blockbusters.
Plus: The crew was helpful and polite, food was good
Minus: Would have preferred to watch one comedy movie. The crazy rich Asians was on a lighter side of a movie but I had seen that one already.

Minus: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.

Minus: No free water or coffee. Luggage fee not told about when I booked. No entertainment.

Minus: I missed an earlier connecting flight and was placed on a later flight at a window seat with the most uncomfortable seating. I sat there for the entire flight with pain from how hard the seat felt. Also, the drinks and refreshment was severely lacking. The wait time between drinks and meals was too long. I found it odd that they didn’t serve drinks with food either
Plus: A simple connecting flight turned into a complete joke!!! Somehow, despite flying Aeroflot all the way from Sofia to St Pete, the tickets sold to us were sold via Bulgaria Air, which meant we had to collect suitcases and re-check them at Moscow, all while we were not checked-in for the second leg!! LastMinute.Com is hands down the WORST travel website in the history of travel websites, as the above was not disclosed at any time. NEVER again will I even entertain booking via them.
Minus: LastMinuye.Com - the worst experience ever ... and now thankfully never again
Minus: My skis did not arrive in the luggage. Airline company or airport needs to have a better sustem tracking luggage and making sure no items are lost.
Minus: You should reconsider your alcohol policy for comfort class traveler,and offer a variety of drinks except beer and basic wine. Moreover ,its not "reasonable" to serve wine in cartoon cups. You should improve your WIFI service,when it is offer.
Minus: Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again.

Plus: What i dislike:i was looking for a baggage option and what i understood i have 23 kg allowed in this flight.On my way back i had a logagge total 23kg as i was sure i was permited.On the registration i was told i have to pay 1890 griven it is about 100$ CAN.I looked again on my ticked ans didnt see any note about i have to pay online baggage service 24 hours before.I had nobody to leave this baggage in kiev and my mom paid all for me.I am very upsed because when i was doing check in online i was looking for a rules and regulationg about baggage and i wanted to do prepaid but what i understood it was included.So in airport i paid double than it was online.I need my money back! Plus: The baggage reclaim was the fastest I've ever had in all my years of flying.
Minus: Their English is slurred, garbled, and I could hardly understand any in-flight announcements. Also, there is nothing for free on the flight except one small cup of water .
Minus: Bag drop at Gatwick airport was dreadful!! Only one desk for the whole flight to check baggage. I was in line for one hour!!!
