Minus: "Again we had to climb down stairs with our luggage to get to the boarding area, then we had the typical ramp. What is it with Europe and stairs? If you have any issues beware. You better be strong and fit to fly in Europe. Not too many luxuries."

The SAS workers need to be trained - how about putting up a sign that says "this line for parking vouchers ony'ly" when 300 people are lined up for assistance."

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

Flight was delayed an I almost lost my connection in CPH. and it has the narrowest legroom of all Star alliance flights. my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or CPH airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"

I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket."

Minus: "The Asian vegetarian meal is rice and chickpeas! Was not too bad but also my breakfast was more chickpeas and grilled zucchini. I never requested a "vegetarian breakfast" - feel bad wasting food like this. I sent the veg salad back opted for fruit salad croissant."

Minus: "I have never used this airline before and as it was highly rated, I was glad to give it a try. The seats were crammed together very tightly, even for me, a short person! So, the flight was uncomfortable. Then the food was poor. The selection of films was uninspired. The service was indifferent, disinterested, ungenerous. There was something meager, miserly in the whole experience. They are obviously maximizing profits at the expense of the customer, who seems totally disregarded. I would not choose this airline again!"

Plus: "nonstop to Helsinki was great...I have done this route over 100 times and this was the first time non-stop. When you have 17-19 hours travel time in your head door to door and then it is 12 - you really appreciate the extra time. THANK YOU!"

Minus: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

Plus: "This flight was co-shared by British airways. After our horrible flight from San Diego to London, we decided to upgrade our returning flight from London to San Diego to a economy plus premier. This time the plane seems newer and recently refurbished. The seat can recline more, with lump bar support and nice foot/leg rest. It has a bit more legroom. The cabin is nice and new with large view touchscreen TV for each seat. Gluten free meal was good, I'm just glad they finally boarded the plane with my GF meal (after repeated unsuccessful attempts). The service was great, our BA attendants were polite and attentive."

Minus: "Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me."

Minus: "The Fort Lauderdale Terminal process may be one of the worst in the country. A bus takes passengers to a different terminal and customs is both confusing and poorly signed for connections."

Plus: "The cost is about 50% of other airlines due to no lay down seats. The Boeing 787 Dream Liner, is a very new and nice aircraft from Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. The flight from Stockholm to FLL was pleasant, and the food and drink OK, with good quality box meals, drinks, and three main coarse choices in the beginning and 2 hours before landing in Premium Economy. When coming back to NA and taking off in the morning it is OK with about 30 degree lay back seats."
Minus: "Once we landed in Stockholm we had only 1 hour and ten minutes once we landed to get off the plane, clear customs, check in for a new boarding pass (we were told the flight was closed), through customs again, and then a long line where we were thoroughly security interviewed. Once done with the interview process, we were then sequestered with ~ 300 others in an overcrowded area without adequate bathrooms or seating. We had contacted the airline and got conflicting data each of the 4 times on the timing being adequate from both the booking company and Norwegian Air, but did get on, albeit over one hour late in departure time."

Minus: "See above. I will not choose Norwegian again if another airline is flying that route due to the ridiculous buckle and dining for food, blankets etc. it makes it way to expensive to travel with a family"

Minus: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). At the time of purchase and at check in, there was no way to select a seat."

Minus: "Vi köpte economy plus för att få mat, bagage och att bestämma plats. Vi fick ingen mat (förstår nu att man inte får det på kortresor, men det framgick inte alls under bokningen). Vi fick heller inte de platser vi bokade. Istället fick vi på både hem och ditvägen sitta längst bak vid toaletter som dessutom luktade urin till en grad jag inte varit med om på några andra flighter."

Plus: "Seat spacing very good for the economy class on the 787. Boarding is organized and efficient. No size limit on check in baggage."
Minus: "Ear phone not provided. Only 20 Kilo on check in baggage."

Minus: "Boarding process at Arlanda airport in Sweden was a giant confusing mess. Everyone got herded into two different boarding areas and there was little explanation on what was going on."

Minus: "My entertainment screen didn't work so I couldn't watch any movies while others could"
