Minus: Very little room in economy class. For a 6'1" person, it's impossible to get comfortable.
Plus: Flight was delayed 4 hours with no explanation
Minus: Asked for wheel chair assistance and was not met in Paris. Had difficulty and barely made my flight. A gentleman who worked at airport assisted me
Minus: Check in process running smoothly and better announcement of gate change

Plus: The crew was friendly and always came around with water.
Minus: The “vegetarian” option was tuna which isn’t vegetarian and there was no vegetarian snack. With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late.
Plus: WiFi and Entertainment

Minus: The gate was changed but it was not updated to the app. Many of us were waiting in the wrong gate until 10 mins before departure.
Minus: Took off late. Other than that very comfortable and great experience
Plus: The flight was smooth, the service was friendly, and the food with plentiful.
Minus: Too much activity in the cabin during the flight.
Plus: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Minus: Transfer point needs upgrade.
Minus: Inflight was better than I expected. But needs upgrading air crafts.

Plus: Seating is tight. The crew was great !
Minus: As we landed we had to wait on the plane for an hour and a half because another plane (Spirit) was in our “parking spot.” This made it very difficult for people and connecting flights.
Minus: Ordered special meal, did not get it so did not eat. Cabin crew unfriendly. Old aircraft so could not hear the announcements. Screen did not work. Bags took ages to come out despite being priority. BA has definitely gone downhill.
Plus: Crew very pleasant, professional and friendly.
Minus: Tired and dated cabin; seats extremely uncomfortable causing severe back pain. In flight entertainment very old fashioned with small low resolution screens.

Plus: new planes, good food, professional vrew

Minus: No choice of food and service was quite slow but meal was fine the breakfast was ghastly a continental option would be much better
Minus: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.
Plus: Everything! I never knew that Finnair was such a great airline.
Minus: Honestly, nothing could have been better.
Plus: Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.
Plus: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Minus: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Plus: The few were friendly.
Minus: The food selection was poor.

Minus: Nothing to do with the airline - a bit rough
Plus: The crew was friendly and tried to provide a good service.
Minus: Wider seats and more leg room. The return trip from Ottawa to Vancouver was over $1200. I think that’s quite pricey given that any food or alcoholic beverage had to be purchased at an extra cost.
Plus: Food in premium economy was pretty good.
Minus: Flight was 2 hours late leaving Heathrow
Minus: Crew were all over the place (at Club Europe Cabin) and very unorganised. We went to galley few times to ask them to bring us drinks even thou they have taken our orders. They need more training to be at Club Europe Cabin. The seats should be more comfortable and should give people more leg rooms.
Plus: Check-in at BWI could not have been nice/more courteous. Great flight and crew!
Minus: We love this BA flight out of BWI.
Plus: The Dubai Red-Eye. Crew always ready with more fluids through the flight.... only proviso... being able to walk disembarking.....
Plus: Good service and crew.
Minus: Seats were very very narrow.

Minus: The entertainment screen on my wife's seat was broken and it would not keep straight up.

Minus: BA business class is getting tired and very odd configuration. Ran out of choices for food and breakfast looked like there was not enough to go round. Overnight flight, but food not served for about hour and half, and breakfast served 2 hours before landing.
Plus: Crew was so nice and seats were comfortable
Minus: It’s hard to get used to not having seat-back entertainment when you’ve had it the rest of the trip!
Minus: Our baby has broken leg with plaster cast and Cathay didn’t deliver our stroller to Hongkong so we had to carry him on the hands whole afternoon...this was unpleasant experience...also when we arrived from HongKong to Denpasar Bali we found that one of our suitcases was damaged broken :/
Minus: Healthier snacks instead of just candy and cookies... an apple for example would be great.
Plus: Attendant was friendly and efficient.
Minus: No beverages or snacks.
Minus: CheezIts were too salty. We had to sit on NO tarmac for over 10 minutes because a plane was stuck at our gate...several other gates empty - what's up?
Plus: Nothing spectacular.
Minus: The headrests won’t stay up. And it’s hot.
Plus: Didn’t like security. They were rude
