Minus: They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

Plus: Very nice plane and we left on time and the flight was very smooth.

Minus: Boarding was poorly handled by airport staff

Plus: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Minus: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Minus: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Plus: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Minus: I honestly don’t have an answer for this, I guess these kind of crew should not on board especially in first class!

Minus: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Plus: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Minus: Only the other trip by air with Finair

Minus: Kids running up and down isle stewards just walking past. Never made announcement for boarding. Worst flight ever.

Minus: As a disabled man who had booked assistance both legs of the journey, no ramp on the return flight so I had to walk down the Aircraft steps in agony. Not good enough Ryanair. What if I were unable to walk?????????????

Minus: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Plus: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Minus: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Minus: Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well.

Plus: The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks.

Minus: The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers.

Minus: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Plus: One of the flight attendants was very rude and seemed bothered when I inquired about a meal since I was sleep when they originally handed them out and said that I would have to wait u til the next meal period.

Minus: She could have informed me they where no longer available.

Plus: The flight attendants were the warmest and most personable I’ve seen in a long time. All ground staff had the same amazing hospitality.

Minus: Finnair A321 HEL-DXB, 6 hour flight, uses regular EuroBusiness seats (same seat as economy but blocked middle seat and better food), no wi fi , no tv, very uncomfortable aircraft.

Plus: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Minus: If I would have purchased my tickets from Finnair.com, I would have had a much better experience. Kayak found me a good price but purchasing the tickets through Justfly.com was the biggest mistake of my life. The trip ended up costing me $285 more than what I budgeted and there was zero customer ser
