Minus: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Minus: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Minus: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Minus: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Plus: Crew very good nice fligth too

Minus: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Minus: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Minus: Economy is not very comfortable and still expensive. Espescially when the person in front lowers their seat.

Minus: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Plus: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Minus: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Plus: I was fortunate the person in front didn’t lean back

Minus: On Swiss website I added Rehe preference for a lactose free meal — but none were on the plane. The economy seats are close enough together I needed to hold my book to the side to read.

Plus: Usual faultless KLM experience

Minus: Nothing.

Plus: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Minus: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Plus: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Minus: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Minus: Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.

Minus: Flight was delayed 4 hours and when finally boarded we had to get off the plane for a crew change and wait another hour. Then we sat on the runway for 45 minutes before we took off. Worst flight of my life.

Plus: Tap was great for the long flight

Minus: Leave on time. Offer more snacks

Plus: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Minus: Nothing to complain about. Everything was outstanding.

Minus: Kayak updated me that my flight would be late. It wasn't. Missed it had to pay $700

Plus: Crew was attentive. Timings were spot on.

Minus: Virtually no information at boarding which made everybody just make a huge line. Boarding they a bus, it was raining and we got wet.

Plus: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Minus: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Minus: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child

Minus: ORD ZRH seats extremely crowded. Wished for comfy Star Alliance seats for that flight which we did enjoy from ZRH BUD

Plus: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Plus: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Plus: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.

Minus: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Plus: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Minus: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Minus: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Minus: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Minus: Were never informed, kept in the dark about why we were delayed closed to 5 hours .it was an officer who anonymously told us there was a bagger handler strike

Minus: Old aircraft, worn seats, no electrical outlets, no in seat entertainment, you must download their entertainment AP before boarding.

Minus: They stole my clothes from my suitcase
