Minus: The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices

Plus: Not much, seats are super uncomfortable

Minus: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Plus: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Minus: For me this part is not applicable

Plus: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Minus: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Minus: Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together.

Minus: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Minus: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Plus: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Plus: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Minus: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Minus: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Plus: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Minus: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Minus: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Minus: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Plus: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Plus: Entertainment was great, excellent movie selections, and games.

Minus: The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning.

Minus: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Plus: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Plus: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Minus: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Plus: The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg.

Minus: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Plus: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Plus: I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again.

Minus: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Minus: Received notification that flight was canceled/delayed & notified to checkin at airport between specific times. At the airport the checkin counter opened 3 hours & 20 minutes later than the notification announced. By the time checkin opened, all lounges had closed. Also, flight was further delayed.
