Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Plus: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Minus: "Unconfortable sears. The seats cannot be moved back. The table is too high. I have traveled a lot but never seen tables at this height (above the chest). No entertainment, no wifi, and no food, but that's ok. After all, it's a low cost floght although many other low cost companies have wifi and entertaonments via mobile devices."

Minus: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."
Minus: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."
Plus: "i was able to use their app to download my boarding pass so didn't need to look for somewhere to print my boarding pass while abroad, boarding went well, flight was good and crew was good, seat was comfortable, so overall i was pleased with everything. Thank you for a good experience."

However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Minus: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Plus: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Minus: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Minus: "The quality of service in the boarding, Modified types of cabine bags, practically you have to bring one change of clothes an nothing else in order to fit for the standards of the "small cabine luggage" . The boarding crew was very rude"

Minus: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
Minus: "Boarding luggage no more that 32 cm, all comune boarding luggage are 34-38, they did on purpose to charge u €40 more on ticket, I saw at List 20 people charged for that."

Minus: "Due to technical issue with plane, passengers were delayed about 15-20 minutes on the tarmac in a crowded, hot shuttle bus with ineffective air conditioning and almost no fresh air coming in."

Minus: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Men detcär ingen som komtaktat mig och jag har försökt på alla sätt att få pengarna tillbaka på den här resan då det var omöjligt att resa den här sträckan när de andra sträckorna försvunnit"

The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy..."

Minus: "Planet var försenat på Malta och ingen information gick ut så vi stod i kö i en och en halv timme utan att få veta vad som var problemet. Avgåendetavlan visade hela tiden "on time" men ingen förklaring till varför vi inte fick gå ombord. Flygvärdinnorna på planet var trevliga men man hörde inte vad de sa i högtalarna för de pratade så sluddrigt och fort. Kaptenen sa något som man inte uppfattade i början av flighten men sedan ingen information alls på hela vägen till Göteborg."
Minus: "Allt var uruselt. Servicen ombord under all kritik. Väntade 15 minuter på en kopp kaffe efter beställningen. Beställningen av bagage online är vilseledande så jag hade tydligen bara beställt incheckad väska åt ena hållet och fick därför betala 400 kr för att ta hem den. Detta hände flera passagerare som var arga och jag undrar om ni sätter detta i system för att tjäna mer. Jag reste med Ryan Air för ett par år sedan och lovade mig själv aldrig mer, men ville gärna ge det en chans till men nu vet jag definitivt att jag aldrig reser med er igen och skall dessutom varna alla för detta och inte blir det billigare heller med alla extrakostnader som ni tar ut. Fy för uselt flygbolag!!"
Minus: "Långsam ombordstigning. Matbrickorna lutade så min dryck föll ner på mig. Fick ej glas till drycken. Drycken var ej väl kyld. Personalen gick in i mig med både armbågar och serveringsvagn När jag råkat somna lite mot gången."
Minus: "La aeromoza , poco educada. Las del boarding me cobraron una maleta cuando en el check in nunca me avisaron, ni dieron la opción, de hecho a cada pregunta nuestra tuvieron que acudir a la encargada, todos principiantes, y eso significó que yo tuviese que pagar 20 euros por una cartera de mano."

Minus: "På planet sa personalen ingenting om förseningen och när man påpekade vad som skett på flygplatsen kunde de inte göra got för att kompensera. Jag bad om vatten och fick svaret att det inte fanns något vatten. Då tog en av värdinnorna fram sin privata vattenflaska och bjöd mig. Ett riktigt nonchalant beteende från Rya Airs sida vilket allvarligt talat gör så att jag aldrig mer kommer att välja att flyga med er, kommer heller inte att rekommendera er till nära och kära. Riktigt besviken!"

ALso, you cannot do all in one counter. You have to do a line for check in, then to pay to check in luggage, you have to go a ANOTHER desk, do another line, and pay there, THEN, go back to the Check In desk to CHECK IN luggage. TO many unnecessary steps for a simple transaction."

Minus: "Jag tycker att Ryanair borde bjuda på kaffe och liten bulle under tre timmars resa men mat skulle beställas ifall man vill ha. Stolarna är inte alls bekväma men man klarar sig på gränsen, att sitta tre timmar på de utan att ändra ställning /ergonomisk är inte bra för ryggen ."
