Plus: 1. My luggage did not arrive and in the best case scenario will make 2 days later. They told me on this connection it was a normal occurance. 2. The plane was extremely old.

Plus: What i dislike:i was looking for a baggage option and what i understood i have 23 kg allowed in this flight.On my way back i had a logagge total 23kg as i was sure i was permited.On the registration i was told i have to pay 1890 griven it is about 100$ CAN.I looked again on my ticked ans didnt see any note about i have to pay online baggage service 24 hours before.I had nobody to leave this baggage in kiev and my mom paid all for me.I am very upsed because when i was doing check in online i was looking for a rules and regulationg about baggage and i wanted to do prepaid but what i understood it was included.So in airport i paid double than it was online.I need my money back! Minus: We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up

Minus: The seats doesn’t have a jacket hanging hook.. so I had to hold my suit jacket all the way . And the seats didn’t have proper head rest so couldn’t sleep as well on the plane but the seat was not congested and was comfortable if day flight

Minus: Gate was in a new addition to the SAW AIRPORT. Far from cafes and shops. After deboarding from the plane, it was a bit unclear whether to board a bus or walk into the International Terminal. Perhaps more frequent flyers are familiar with this routine, but signage would assist new passengers.

Minus: everything else: the plane was old and unaccommodating for a 9 hr flight, entertainment was terrible -small and damaged screen- no wi-fi, no electronics charging capabilities. I felt like in a prison
Minus: Because I booked tickets with baggage included, and when I was at the airport I had to pay again 50 euro per suitcase. Who will pay for this mistake?
Plus: The employees were nice.
Minus: Checkin process moved very slow and we had to run though security check The people at the checkin counter did not know all the bluecard rules and had to go in the back to verify my husband's legal travel docs and that added even more delay for us We got into the plane with delay and then we sat on the runway for a long time All this we could have survived if we could have had food, but they had no vegetarian sandwich options so the only available thing was a tiny strawberry cake
Minus: Boarding was ridiculous! The gate was significantly too small for a number of passengers that needed to board. There were no clear announcements out how to organize ourselves therefore it was complete chaos with no one knowing where to line up. The crew was the most ridiculous!!! I sat four or five rows from the back and was Peerview to all of their conversations about their hair, about their schedules, about your “valued guest”, about their shifts, about Batman, about anything and everything during the time the plane dark when your “valued customers” were supposed to be able to sleep. It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available.
Minus: The boarding staff at Oslo airport should not be the money maker for the company and not choose languages by face .. my one was pulled out because it was 1nch to tall the woman before me sane language nothing they charge me another fee

Minus: Tiny, tiny seats. Charged 80 euro for a bag that was only 4 kilos over the weight limit. Did not tell me how much that charge would be and there was plenty of space in the overheads for that bag. This is a BUDGET airline and will charge you for anything. Never flying again.
Plus: Flight was quick
Minus: The representative at check in almost charged us €100 for a checked bag we’d already paid for when we bought our tickets online. When I asked her “didn’t we already pay for this?” She checked her screen and just said “oh” and let us through.
Plus: Safe journey and on-time
Minus: There are too many announcements, always advertising something or other, it is an invasion of the ears that cannot be ignored.

Plus: The seat & the food were better than I’d expected, and, of course, that’s a *big* part of the experience.
Minus: I had to file a claim with Turkish because my new suitcase (not an expensive suitcase, but still) got seriously chewed up and is now unusable. At least it made it to the destination on time! And the contents were only slightly damaged. I will be happy if I get reimbursed for the suitcase.
Plus: The crew itself was great and very attentive. Based off checking in I didn't expect the flight experience itself to be so great.
Minus: Checking in was awful in SF. My downloaded boarding pass didn't work at the security gate and a lady checking boarding passes made snide comments about me not being TSA pre check. Had to go and wait in the line to have them print the pass and of course. Make the downloaded passes work.
Minus: More space and room
Minus: The flight was delayed by 4 hours but Turkish airlines inisisted that I had to be at the airport and checked in at the scheduled time and then wait at the airport for that whole time.
Plus: The food was good and the service was mostly good.
Minus: Our cabin was very warm and seats were uncomfortable.

Plus: A380s are good aircraft. Emirates entertainment is second to none .
Minus: I'm the first leg 777 aircraft sat towards the back and my window seat was smaller than most seats. I had 1 hour 25 minutes connection in Dubai . But it was a VERY. Long walk from C3 to B14 . By the time for of the plane and reached my connecting gate t8gey were already boarding . Dubai is too big
Plus: Crew and services were amazing. The seats and seating arrangement including all amanities are excellent.
Minus: Lounge at Ahmedabad airport is way undersized and below average expextations in terms of furniture, food and beverages and quality of service.

Minus: This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years".
Minus: Our baby has broken leg with plaster cast and Cathay didn’t deliver our stroller to Hongkong so we had to carry him on the hands whole afternoon...this was unpleasant experience...also when we arrived from HongKong to Denpasar Bali we found that one of our suitcases was damaged broken :/
Plus: Nothing stands out
Minus: Width of seats was far to small, the seats covers are dated and gruby, the queing process for standard and fast track was a shambles. Checking in was slow due to there being only 1 desk open for a full flight.
Plus: Quick flight, low cost.
Minus: Didn’t follow the rules with the checked bag as was unclear. No problem, but staff member aggressively explaining over and over when understood the first time. Would rather have just been charged than getting and ear bashing. Staff were main problem, not particularly friendly. Fault with plane?
Plus: It was Ryanair, didn't expect much and they delivered on that expectation.
Minus: The delay was longer than the flight itself
Minus: The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation.
Plus: Queue was long but still boarded quickly,
Minus: Providing even simple entertainment for kids e.g. colouring sheets would have helped them cope with the flight.
