The bathrooms did not have warm water and the sense of comfort is to be found only in business and first class. We fly to Zurich a lot because we have family there and we always take SWISS for a direct flight. They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Sorry SWISS."

Minus: "The plane was an older model and very outdated. The flight attendants gave us a choice between chicken or vegetarian pasta. I chose chicken, but it was actually beef. The salad was literally iceberg lettuce and a slice of cucumber. Overall, the meal was one of the lowest quality I've ever had in am airline. The outdated onboard entertainment system was annoying to operate and it was impossible to even see the screen when the person ahead leaned back."

Minus: "We were scheduled for a 55 minute layover in Zurich which was not nearly enough time. Our plane was 10 minutes late in landing but our next flight was delayed 5 minutes. We had to take a bus from the plane to the terminal, go through immigration with very long lines, take a tram to our departure terminal and then run to our gate which was at the end of a very long hallway. Luckily they held the plane but it was very stressful and exhausting getting to our plane."

Minus: "They charge you an extra $ 100 DOLLARS FOR THE OPTION TO PICK YOUR SEAT AND WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY SAY THAT IT WAS JUST TO SIT IN THAT SECTION OF THE PLANE. WE PICKED OUR SEATS BY THE FRONT BULKHEAD AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THOSE SEATS BECAUSE THEY SAID OTHER PEOPLE PAID MORE THAN US TO HAVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS KIND OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY."

När väl ute fanns bara 1 service desk till hela planet, jag kunde åka hem och sova och skita i vouchers men de som behövde hotell lär ha väntat halva natten. Det enda som var ok var att de svarade snabbt på telefon följande morgon - men meddelade inte som man sagt den nya bokningen via sms eller mail!"

Whe I got on the plane there was plenty of room for my carry on despite the boarding staff saying there wasn't. I offered to upgrade my ticket to business class the attendant at the desk laughed at me. Older woman was very rude, condescending and not accommodating."

Minus: "This was the worst I have ever experienced. My flight arrived into Istanbul and 45 minutes until the departure I was told it had already left. I later found out something very similar had happened to a man from London, a couple from Boston, three people from Ghana, and many more that were taken advantage of in an attempt to sell tickets for them to go home. Never in my life have I seen such corruption first hand in a business that claims to be professional. I travel with them roughly twice a year so I'm not really a huge spender when it comes to their service, however I have suggested many to use their airlines. Never again will I make this mistake, and never again will I fly with them. I think I would rather spend the few extra hundred dollars than to have to experience that again. Turkish airlines you have lost my service and my respect."

She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

Minus: "There were a few small things that could have been better (Which I'll mention), but the worst thing about the flight was the airport. Ataturk Airport is a mess. After the attempted coup, they really upped security, forcing all international flights to go through a second security screening after transferring from another airport. It's understandable but the line moved at a molasses-like speed when I had only 25 minutes to make my connecting flight. The security personnel were rude, as well. Also, when I went to make my connecting gate in Cairo, there was no one at the gate after the required boarding time (Because security had held us up), forcing some of us to board the plane without having anyone to show us onto the plane (Very scary). The flight boarding was chaotic, and no announcements were made about what we were supposed to do. Besides the lack of boarding gates, the only other serious complaint I had against Turkish Airlines (Because it really was great overall) was that the pilots and flight attendants were very hard to understand. I have taught ESL for the past 5 years, and I still had a hard time as an American understanding their English. Also, they frequently didn't understand or misunderstood questions that I would ask them. I've never had a hard time understanding flight attendants on an international flight, but I only understood about 20% of what anyone said over the loud speaker in the plane. And it's nice to be able to understand when the pilot says, "We are experiencing some turbulence and would like everyone to buckle their seatbelts until it passes." Two small things remain: 1. The bathroom trash cans were full on every flight (A small thing but makes everything feel "trashy"). 2. The flight attendants seemed unhappy, and they definitely seemed unhappy to be serving us. I can only assume they are that way because they aren't treated particularly well by their bosses."

We felt too intimidated to ask any more. Also our mileage points for this sector of our travel were not booked to our KrisFlyer accounts so wondering if she did not capture at check in."

Minus: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Minus: "You all do not help people who have suffered a loss. It is so difficult to get a response from anybody, it’s not only frustrating but disappointing"

Ya en el avión, el piloto nos notificó que había problemas en el aeropuerto de Amsterdam y que podía tomarnos hasta 4 horas que nos dieran permiso para aterrizar; sin embargo, el piloto y el staff hicieron todo en sus manos para hacer nuestra espera más ligera y llevadera, ya que debíamos estar preparados para el despegue y la espera debía hacerse en el avión."
Minus: "Easy jet, como aerolinea, tiene políticas muy peculiares con el equipaje. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. Al ser una aerolínea de bajo costo, no debes esperar grandes comodidades en el avión, mucho menos un snack."

Minus: "They didnt give me to carry laptop bag too. Only one hand carry include."

Plus: "Okay, two+ hour mechanical delays happen... But might you not offer a free coffee and cookie to smooth things?"
Minus: "See above...,,......................................"

Plus: "The flight stewards and stewardesses were polite and nice."
Minus: "Easyjet always overbooks and was late leaving causing us to get in at 1:30am on a flight that was supposed to leave at 9:35pm. They overbook and forced us to out our carry ons in the hold, further delaying us when we landed and had to run to catch the last train out of Gatwick. Their one bag only policy is rubbish. Even Ryanair allows a carry on and laptop bag. This forces customers to have to overstuff their carry ons. The only way to get an extra bag is to pay, and over my dead body am I paying for what every other airline provides free of charge. If I have to extoll the virtues of Ryanair on here, you know you're doing something wrong. The ground staff is absolutely rude and had an altercation with my partner over checking our bags, only to find out they don't even represent Easyjet! So they clearly don't care about customer service since the airline isn't even employing them. Please have staff who are trained to deal with customers support you and who actually work for your airline, otherwise, why would they care?! I will try and avoid flying with Easyjet if at all possible. Garbage policies, constant lateness and terrible ground staff."

Minus: "The delay and the fact I didn't have a seat because of overbook!"

Minus: "We missed our flight due to a customer service line that had about 20 people there right from the start. Afterwards, the crew didn't do as much as lift a finger to help us find another flight. We had to pay an extra $850 for a one way ticket on top of what we already paid. I understand things happen and people miss flights but the fact they had no intention on dealing with our dilemma especially after their customer service team kept us there 45 min to start with makes me not want to do business with them ever again. Save yourself a hassle and do business elsewhere."

Minus: "The boarding procedure was casually inhuman. Of course the seats were too small, but the boarding process was clearly botched but without a word. Someone threw up it so so hot and packed inside the bus that took us from the gate to the airplane. We were left for more than 30 minutes in this state with the doors shut and the windows largely inoperable. Casually cruel and inhuman. Never fly easy jet again."

Minus: "Late take off casually attributed to a technical fault in the cockpit, overly brusque staff, long queues boarding, delays in air, bumpy landing, and NO STAIRS TO THE BUS UPON ARRIVAL FOR 15 MINUTES! Who is managing communications??"

Minus: "Slowwwww boarding. Half a dozen or so speedy boarders and instead of letting everyone else through once those passengers were through they continued to check people in a single file, until staff realised we were behind schedule and started using both check in scanners."

Minus: "the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep."

Minus: "The check in process, the upgrade process, the boarding process. And, everyone just sat where they wanted, even after I paid for the upgraded seat. The crew could not care less, and I ended up with the largest person on the plane next to me, who seat jumped, so I had to sit sideways the whole fly."

Minus: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Minus: "Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it."

Minus: "Though it was a one hour flight At least you could offer passengers water or coffee plus a smile would do make us feel relaxed."

Minus: "We flew with A320 Neo next gen Plane but no adjustment for seats!!!! Horrible joke..no info system as well, c'mon it's 2018 and you ordered your plane with no upgrades at all for cost saving???"

Minus: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Plus: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."
Minus: "The flight was delayed. But hey, that happens with flights"

Minus: "It took me two hours in line just to print my boarding pass even though I checked in online. Many of us thought we would miss the flight. Terrible customer service. I'm never flying with them again"

Plus: "The crew rushed us to the next Pegasus flight (Istanbul to Beirut) so that we made it on time."
Minus: "The flight departed nearly an hour late after idling on the tarmac. All food is for purchase. There is no in-flight entertainment."

Minus: "We were delayed going and coming back! Staff were not helpful on our way back. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with using kayak as when I wanted to cancel I was very shocked that vayama charges $344 for changing both flights timings were as if I had booked through Pegasus themselves it would have been $75 , never again and I have deleted the app"
