Mycket trångt i och mellan stolarna

Allt fungerade som det skulle
Plus: "Boarding process was smooth."
Minus: "Cramped seats, at least it was a short flight."
Minus: "frankfurt airport security is a nightmare"
Plus: "The flight went by fast."
Minus: "They should have provided some goodies to eat. Due to people that needed something to eat. For example, my mother being diabetic and I was telling them to please provide something. Event then, nothing was done :( ."
Plus: "The attendants were constantly providing services to the passengers."
Minus: "More room. Not losing our luggage at the end."
Minus: "Det fanns bara ett alternativ för måltiden (om man inte förbeställde). De tidigare gånger jag har åkt med SAS (dock från JFK) har det alltid varit två alternativ för måltid (kött eller vegetarisk) , utan att förbeställa. Denna gång var det bara kött så slutade med att jag bara åt potatismos."
Plus: "Quick efficient boarding."
Minus: "A typical SAS flight. Coffee and water for free, food expensive. Rather limited leg room. No entertainment and wifi for pay."
Minus: "För kallt i kabinen. Ingen andra måltid."
Plus: "On time travel. Check In Staff were kind and engaging."
Minus: "On flight staff were minimally attentive. Food was mediocre."
Plus: "Bekväma stolar, mycket plats för SAS GO, god mat, trevlig personal"
Minus: "Sen omstigning och inte jätte mycket att välja mellan filmerna. De borde sätta fler arbetare vid passkontroll innan man stiger på plan från Sverige till USA. Majoriteten av passagerarna var sena till planet vilket resulterade till ett senare flygavgång, 1) för att de öppnade passkontrollen sent och 2) för att det var inte tillräckligt med arbetare för att checka passen."

Minus: "Gammal underhållning som knappt gick att använda Gick inte ens att använda vanliga hörlurar"

Minus: "Över 1h sen. Laos vid incheckning. När man vet att man är sen, fler i personal. SAS måste jobba med Swedavia vid ankommande. Ramper, passkontrollen, bagage, etc. Är en del av hela resan. Inget fungerade, inte ens taxi."
Minus: "Typical mediocre SAS quality. No bagage drop facility in Dublin -> tedious check-in Disorganised boarding -> slow Arrival more than 1 hour behind schedule Bagage delivery in CPH after 45 min -> additional delay"
Plus: "The in-flight entertainment options were good."
Minus: "My seat was broken and when I alerted the attendant, in a rude tone, she replied “what do you want me to do?” Not exactly the friendliest experience. It was only compounded by the fact that when we were landing, another attendant insisted I put seat completely upright, and when I told her it had been broken the entire trip, she began forcefully shoving my seat. Not awesome."
Plus: "SAS handles their business very professionally. Entertainment is great, purchasing seats with extra room is affordable. Reliable service."
Minus: "Seats are extremely uncomfortable, especially for an 8+ hour flight."
Plus: "Det mesta var bra trevlig personal, hyfsat med benplats i de nya kärnorna och frukosten var bra den med."

Minus: "Last plan of the day waits for all transit passengers! Never take the last plan out of SAS hubs anywhere if you want to avoid delays..."
Plus: "Very friendly crew. Landed on time. The plane was full but it was no panic during disembarkation - everyone was silent. I have never seen anything quite like this before!"
Minus: "We could not order vegetarian, so arrived hungry."

Minus: "They did not serve coffee in our table, the cabin crew were abrupt, almost rude, and in my opinion they can do better."
Minus: "Handling of delay: - Massive delays and time wasted with individual case handling at the transfer centre in CPH when a more efficient group/bulk handling of passengers on the same flight with similar cases would make more sense. Handling of baggage during the delay. Un-necessary additional delays with baggage handling due to poor management."
Minus: "Försening 1,5 timme"
Minus: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."
Minus: "How possible with any criteria could charge 33€ for 1.5 such exagerate no good company at all .."
Plus: "Decent movie selection and very smooth landing"
Minus: "Surprised that Asian airlines typically havr larger and more comfortable seats. The SAS flight was fully booked and you could feel the cramped-ness of it. Also we weren't given the choice of what to have for our meals and were merely handed our food. Lastly, the flight was very, very uncomfortably warm."
Plus: "Price and destination was convenient"
Minus: "They said coffee and tea was complimentary but they didn't serve a number of people for some reason"

Plus: "My Plus ticket brought me an excellent cold lunch despite the shortness of the flying time (only 1:10). The seats need more recline!"

Minus: "We arrived early to airport and we could not check in till 1hr before flight with the rest of the 200plus passengers. So waited in line with heavy bags just unnesccessary! Then get thru security and nowhere to sit for flight. But have shopping!!! Omg who needs to shop we want to sit and get food!!!! Not stand and fight to get food because your airline gives no snacks or drinks!! It's like entering prison for 2hrs"

Minus: "Luktade illa från toaletterna. Stökiga barn som tyvärr sparkade in i stolsryggen (inte SAS fel men det bidrog till att den långa flygresan inte blev avkopplande) Minus att endast en dryck - ej alkohol - ingick under en 11-timmars flygresa"
Plus: "Punctual and very cordial staff."

Minus: "Full Flight was very hot and cramped. not sure if the AC was broken, but no effort was made to cool the cabin despite my requests. This made for a very sweaty, uncomfortable flight"

Minus: "The sound quality of the earphones was so poor that I could not understand most of the dialogue of the film that I watched."

Plus: "I felt valued. The plane was clean and in good condition. The flight crew and attendants were very professional and took good care of the passengers. It was a quiet and stress-free travel experience."

Plus: "I really don¨t know. As my connecting flight was delayed, my tickets were cancelled and I never reached the flight to Sundsvall."
Plus: "Quick, painless boarding process with friendly cabin staff and above average food. Flight was delayed about 15 minutes by a maintenance paperwork (according to the announcement) issue. Not fully booked, so very relaxing atmosphere onboard."
